Gloria Vatican Bijou

The room was very clean, w big bed, clean bathroom and fresh towels offered everyday. Florenzia was very nice and accommodating. We were short 1 euro for the city tax and she forgave it. The area is accessible and near the Vatican, shops and pharmacy. Although the kitchen was shared with other occupants we never saw them and we didn’t have to use it since we were out all day, home late at night. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍👍Highly recommended and would love to comeback and stay once more ❤️

Our stay in this hotel was fantastic, despite this being more of an apartment rental than a traditional hotel. The location couldn’t be better, just a 5-minute walk to Vatican City and only 2 minutes to the metro line, with plenty of bus stops nearby. The apartment itself was comfortable and quiet, with a clean ensuite bathroom fully equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated having access to a fully functional kitchen, dishes, and a fridge, which made our stay convenient and flexible. The building had a lobby and a lift, making it easy to carry luggage and move around. Plus, there are numerous food shops and markets nearby, perfect for grabbing fresh supplies or a quick meal. The only thing to note is that there was no reception, as this is not a hotel but a rental apartment, so check-in was self-managed. The owner came and handed us keys and explained everything about the place. Overall, it offered all the comforts and convenience of a hotel in a prime location - highly recommended for those wanting to explore Rome from a peaceful base.
