Walkable to downtown, Great Views to Ocean, Clean, but tired Unit. OK, but not of value relative to cost. Screens missing, Windows work hard, Kitchen cabinet drawer not working, Kitchen pots/utensils missing/not up to par. Worked OK for us, but not great.

Great place to stay, Tisha was easy to communicate with. Had a bit of a hiccup with my payment and she helped me out. Easy access to downtown or even the beaches and they had lots of beach toys. We brought our Boxer and they had a bed for her. Thanks for the bag of goodies, nice to have snacks. My favorite store Lazy acres is about a mile away, the Crack Shack (so good) and my yoga studio was right there. It has been 3 years since we visited and this was easy. The full year neighbors have a dog name Max, golden mix who does like to bark during the day. Keep in my you hear the Coaster Train all day, it does stop at night except it has a late one on Friday! Beds were firm, love the bath sheets. Thanks again

My family enjoyed staying at this place. It was really clean, great location, nice and comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and all the furnishings we needed. They have some board games and nice TV for winding down. Communication with the owner was excellent. Overall, a really pleasant experience. Couple of downsides: It is a duplex, the back deck is split, but it feels shared when the other side is in use. The hot tub wasn't functional. Some of the electrical outlets aren't useable. Finally, the kitchen floor needs some repairs.

We LOVED this little property. Comfortable, clean, kitchen well stocked. Shower is great, beds comfortable. Gorgeous sunsets! It's an older duplex, and you can hear each other through the walls sometimes, but I was traveling alone, so it made me feel very safe. The Coaster Train is also within sight and earshot, so keep that in mind. You get used to it and it provides lots of entertainment for kids! Neighborhood is awesome. We'd stay here again for certain.
