We were particularly disappointed because we could easily hear the footsteps from tenants on the floor above us. I can't ever remember having that problem anywhere else. There was no ice bucket or ice machine, but I guess that's because they have a fridge with an ice maker although it wasn't turned on prior to our arrival..

My wife and I stayed here on a Saturday night for a visit to the Golden Nugget. The Staybridge was just a quick five minute drive to the casino. Our room was very clean and showed little sign of wear a tear. The bed was very comfy! I would recommend this hotel.

Check in & out was great. The room was nice & comfy bed. Easy to get in & out. The only complaint I have is we were told breakfast ended at 10:30 & that apparently is a lie. We went down at 9:55 & the women working breakfast stopped putting our food already. There was only a few eggs to get. A family with little kids came down & couldn’t even eat because she wouldn’t put out more food. When we asked the front desk what time it ended she said 10:30 & the women would be putting more food out shortly so we waiting but NOTHING. Then right at 10:30 all the cleaning staff came down & started getting food from the back & coffee. Very disappointed that we paid $200 for a room & couldn’t eat breakfast but the staff was able to eat.

The couch and floors were very dirty and clearly had not been vacuumed in several days. Especially noticable under the beds and laying on the couch. Just a lot of hair attached to everything.

10 out of 10 recommend!! My stay was excellent! Danelle at the front desk was the sweetest and so friendly! The room was very nice and very clean and very comfortable! Will absolutely stay again!

Loved the kitchen and being able to close off the bedroom from the living room. Dressing/sink area needs door. Shower did not have good water pressure.

This is a wonderful property. Everything is so clean, modern and accessible for everyone’s needs. The suites are very spacious, feels like a condo. The first floor has high ceilings, giving the space an elegant feel. Will definitely be back!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. But they were missing some basic little things, like tissues and a plastic laundry bag. The shower floor was slippery and didn't have any safety strips to prevent falls.
There was free breakfast but it wasn't good. Food wasn't replenished and the sausage tasted like it had sat there for hours. The scones were undercooked. The biscuits were okay.
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful though. Checkout is noon, so that was nice.
In summary, the hotel was fine for one night.

We only stayed one night. Stopped in to see about availability as we decided last minute to stay. The gentleman at the front desk wasn’t the friendliest but other than that he was accommodating. The room was great, beds comfortable and we were satisfied.

The only problem was the bed was super firm . Woke up with an extreme back aches . We had to go get massages the next morning. We talk to the lady at the front desk . She said that all the beds were the same . So instead of sleeping on the bed again and waking up with same problem. We decided to sleep on the couch which was not the best but we didn’t wake up in pain .

They have beautiful suits, but between the cups not properly cleaned out ( the coffee mugs were hardly washed). The biggest disappointment was the bed sheets. After a long trip having a comfortable nights sleep is so important. The sheets are by far the worse sheets I have ever slept on in a hotel. IT FELT LIKE SANDPAPER. It was so bad that I couldn’t sleep under the sheets because of how it felt on my skin. For almost $200 a night I expected better sheets,

The fold out couch mattress was in poor shape. The mattress was very thin, you could feel the springs if you just put your hand over it.

This is a a great place to stay: spacious suites with full kitchens and nice amenities; big breakfast buffet (needs more attention from staff).
Overall, well worth the few dollars more than you pay at mediocre hotels.
Stay here, you’ll be glad you did.

The cleaning was horrible I got there and still had to wait for my room for an hour ..mind you after getting there late 4:30 check in is at 3...then the room was not clean hair was still all over the toilet. Shower was dirty etc.

We had a great stay ar tue Staybridge suites. It started with a very friendly greeting from Laurie, one of the front desk staff, and it continued with a great room that was clean and spacious.

The staff were so friendly and helpful!! We were told to call the front desk for any needs. The pool is very nice.
