I liked they allowed pets … the room was decent but it’s the most basic hotel … no ice machine, no ice trays … no pool … house keeping was at my room at 10:30 told her I was getting ready to leave, started to take things to the car and they had already canceled my door key and it wasn’t even 11 yet

The only reason I didn’t give top scores was the strong smell of cleanser. Other than that it’s great value for the price. Very clean. Fox at reception was helpful and very nice, bringing us a few things we needed directly to our room. I would stay here again.

It wasn’t too much that I liked, it was the worst extended stay that I ever stayed in I hope they all are not like this one because i booked more places now I’m thinking to cancel them

The heating room 331 was not working my room and the whole 3rd reap of cigarette smoke and caused me to have chest pains and difficulty breathing I will not stay at that location again the staff was very friendly checking me in and out.

The place looked like a low grade hotel I have stayed in many and there was no breakfast as they were out of everything but oatmeal packets and the hotel and hallways and stairwells smell like urine. Looks like a haven for drugs and hookers. think you need new furniture very disappointed

They sold us a room they didn't have we were on a motorcycle trip got there around 9:00 p.m. and had nowhere to sleep for the night. They refused to refund my money and basically left me stranded with no place to sleep.

On the website they offer breakfast included. They only offered coffee with flavored cream, an envelope with oatmeal - to mix with what?...with hot water? Or an envelope of chocolate to mix only with water? Nothing else. Conclusion THEY DO NOT OFFER BREAKFAST. The room I booked was not available. They assigned me another one with two Quin beds, for the same price. At 5:30 am. noise in the upper room, dragging of furniture and banging on the walls. We don't sleep anymore. Towel set for two people. I had to go down to get additional towels.We were two adults and two 7-year-old children. They told me that if I needed to change them I should take the two they gave me. I requested ice upon arrival and there was none. They do not have an ice dispenser. Well, Well, very little. Maybe clean walls, clean and new linens, new refrigerator, good and quiet air conditioning.

Property is well kept, rooms are clean, staff is cool, and to make it even better there is a chick named Jamie that works at the front desk that is sexy as can be.

I felt unsafe at this property. Everytime you walk in the bathroom a light would flash from the toilet as if a picture was being taken. I could not sleep due to the knocking on the walls, doors being slammed and dogs barking throughout the night. I only stayed 1 night compared to 3. This was a very unpleasant stay.

The employee who checked us in gave us the wrong key and told us the wrong room number. Since he did not write it down for us, we double-checked verbally with him and went into our room. At 11pm, another guest entered the room since they were given the same room information. Come to find out in the morning when our keys did not work to get in the room and we went to the front desk, we were supposed to be checked into a completely different room. Although the team lead did correct this in the morning, it was very scary to have an unknown person enter your room in the middle of the night. In addition, the fridge was dirty, the stove had hair, and there was mold/dust on the window sill. The chairs were ripped and dusty. I would not stay here again.

There was nobody at the front desk and after waiting 10 minutes I called the reservation desk to get someone to find an employee on premises. Unfortunately there was only one person overseeing the hotel. He a as responsive and courteous but needed and extra hand.

Its supposed to be non smoking but literally reeks of cigarettes all through the hotel, and they have roaches. More than likely would never book there again.

This hotel offers good, basic hospitality at a relatively low cost. There isn't anything fancy about it, but it is basically comfortable and affordable

This was a last minute booking. In the process of checking in a friend of mine who checked in prior to me called and stated there were "ROACHES" and not to check in. I cancelled checking in. one hour later the hotel still attempted to charge my card.

The property was fine for the pricing point. The beds were definitely not comfortable, and they're basically large cots. The shower sprayed everywhere because the curtain didn't fit well or stay in place. There is an abandoned building with graffiti and a mattress right outside of the parking lot. Again, it was okay, but it leaves a lot to be desired.

Loud, noisy, obnoxious, disgusting people outside hanging out yelling at each other. All hours of the night front Des awkward person never dare never answer in the phone, when called, never accepting the phone calls constantly complaining moden and crying and complaining not able to supply the room with pots, pans or dishes to cook and clean, did not even stay in the room for the 2 nights ended up having. To stay somewhere else lost out on all my money. From no reason what a disgusting taste. Would like a refund if not a stay somewhere else. That is more convenient and more quiet and moremore peaceful

The Hotel Was Very Clean And Nice Enjoyed The Stay Will Definitely Visit Themis Hotel Again.

The outside is really nice as soon as walk in it smells like weed the elevator and halls smell the same way. The towels had hair in them. The bed wear clean the beds are pretty comfortable. The shower head are horrible really hard.

Had a reservation and they gave our room away anyways. Never again. Staff was not friendly when they told us-stay away!!

Hotel smell like cigarets and wet dog. Room was ok. Microwave never been cleaned. Service was ok. Furniture looks like it got pick up in the dumpster. Not recommended with family maybe solo or with pets.

Unfortunately, this establishment told me that my stay/reservation didn’t matter due to the fact the hotel was “over populated”. I was forced to find another hotel with an insane increase of rate ($165 a night due to the holidays). Thank god I found a better stay without the need of a third party *AHEM* *expedia* nor uncaring staff that don’t want to hear the other end.

The staff treats you like family! It’s always a pleasure to stay here!
