We've stayed in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores condos more years than not over the last 15 or so years. This is a fantastic unit. Clean, up to date. Nice furniture, comfy beds, great kitchen. Comfy and plentiful deck furniture. Well stocked kitchen. Solid communication with the owner.
With the disclaimer that we were there in the off season, Turquoise Place is great; the nicest place we've stayed in Orange Beach/Gulf Shores.

Just two of us. Five days. Great condo. Great resort. Very clean and not worn out like some condos can be. Excellent communication with owner. No problems at all. We will return.

Turquoise place has become our favorite place to stay and this condo was perfectly appointed. Large spaces with cozy furniture..lovely views with plenty outdoor furniture ..comfortable bedding and a kitchen with everything you could ask for.

This is our second trip to Turquoise Place and it did not disappoint. This condo was even nicer than the one we stayed at last year, but both very pleasant. Everything was clean and well maintained. Thanks for another fun summer vacation.

Great condo, clean and spacious with an amazing chefs kitchen and a beautiful view of the Gulf. Plenty of room for a family of 8. Will be returning!

We have always loved staying at The Turquoise!!! This was our first time staying in this unit and we were not disappointed. The Unit was very clean and has lots of great amenities. The owner was very easy to contact and checked on us to make sure our check-in went smoothly and to let us know that if we needed anything to please contact him and he would take care of it right away.

We thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent in this condo! It had everything that we needed and is in a great location! Enjoyed all of the amenities: hot tub, gas grill on our patio; the pools, lazy & gym. And of course the beach was beautiful in this area! We would definitely stay here again!

Amenities were great however easier access to lazy river and tennis courts would be better. What if the lazy river was extended to both buildings. Nice! Overall the place was great! Can’t say much about restaurants. Not enough restaurants to serve thousands of people. We started at 5 pm looking for GOOD places to eat and it was a 2-2.5 hour wait then! Been coming to orange beach for the last 18 years!

We have a perfect week in this condo! We have vacationed in OBA all my life but this was our first time at Turquoise Place. The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We enjoyed grilling out dinner twice on our own balcony. So convenient! The view of the gulf was breathtaking. I ate many meals on the balcony so I could enjoy the sunset. John was a wonderful host and responded very quickly when we had a small issue with the ac. He was even kind enough to check in with us the next day to make sure all was good. I would definitely rent from him again.

As a clean freak I was so pleased with the cleanliness of the condo. It was refreshing and delightful to come in and enjoy without worry. The condo is very well stocked and the sheets and towels were quality (usually you get threadbare scratchy at other places). The owner lives on site and was responsive and very helpful as well. We loved our week there and will be returning!

Celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and grands! Beautiful condo; clean and spacious. Great location; lots to do on property! Upon arrival, host had a dozen red roses on the dining table congratulating us on our anniversary!! Very thoughtful gesture and much appreciated ❤️

Cleanest condo we’ve ever stayed in which is huge when you are traveling with toddlers and small children who play on the floor. EVERYTHING was great. Will look here first, next time we book TP ❤️

We had an excellent week in Orange Beach. Turquoise condos are so spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything you need. It is convenient to lots of things to do and the restaurants were delicious! We will definitely visit again!

We enjoyed your stay and the condo unit. However, I was disappointed with the Turquoise in general at this time. The jacuzzis were out of service, one of the outdoor pools is unusable, and the lazy river heater was broken for part of our stay. Further, there were times the water in the bathrooms near the lobby didn't seem to be working for the sinks to wash your hands. In the unit, some of the electrical outlets were not working, Overall, I was not as impressed as I thought I would be considering the price. We may try again once all of the construction is done.

4 STARS ONLY for Turquoise not having its pool heated, nor hot tubs or lazy river operational all week..felt very deceived by them and our group was highly disappointed at this lack of major amenities. AGAIN, CONDO ITSELF WAS OUR BEST IN 5 YEARS COMING DOWN FROM NC DURING THE SAME TIME OF YEAR...HOST WAS SUPERB!

We have stayed at the Turquoise a number of times and this unit was by far my favorite. It was very clean and kept up nicely. The decor was very tasteful and functional. We had family over for dinner and it had everything we needed to prepare and serve a dinner. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into everything there and the condo has all the comforts of home. Thanks for the great stay!

First time @ Turquoise Place & Condo 1405C is extremely beautiful & very clean! The owner was great to deal with & we will defiantly be back! 10 out of 10! Highly recommend!

Our family had a great time. The condo was big, spacious and comfortable. The location was the best; being right there on the beach was so convenient. We were able to walk to many places, especially to get ice cream. The condo was extremely clean and well kept. We had everything we needed to cook in the mornings and in the evenings. We will book here again.

This condo is gorgeous. Beautifully decorated and so many extras and amenities. The owner was very good to deal with. Watched dolphins playing from the balcony every day. Enough seating for everyone to be comfortable. Kitchen was loaded with all you would need to cook up some delicious food. We also used the gas grill on the balcony to cook some as well.
If you have the opportunity to stay here do it. The Turquoise Place is an awesome resort.

Mr. * was very, very accommodating with everthing. He told us no matter what we needed he was there to help... and true to his word he brought us a blender because the one in the room wasn't working! The Condo was beautiful and spotless and perfect. It had everything you could possibly want and more. We will definitely be booking this same condo again for all of our future trips to Orange Beach! I can not thank him enough for his hospitality. I wish every condo owner was as kind, considerate and accommodating as soon as Mr. *. He treated us like family and we can not thank him enough. A LOVELY HOME AWAY FROM HOME ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
