The owners were very nice and hospitable. They drove us to the bus station to get to Alishan and arranged for dinner reservations since it’s not in a central location with a lot of dining or transportation options. Felt very homey.

The registration attendant was very helpful with my check in. The room is clean, and I got properly situated once I realized that the drinking water is available from a common area on the floor outside the room.

Love this place!
The hosts are wonderful! Very helpful and kind family! We are very thankful to be able to stay at the 6th floor for 2 nights! Sunrise and sunset were gorgeous!
The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is convenient. The hosts will provide rides to nearby restaurants or 7 to get food. Book here!

The staff were super friendly and helpful and really improved my Alishan experience. The view was stunning. They make great tea too. Only suggestion is to bring your own coffee since they don’t provide it in the rooms. Otherwise highly recommend.
