We stayed 4 days and enjoyed walks to the river and in the neighborhood. Loved the community. We even attended an event at the park where there was live music, food, drinks, face painting and lots of friendly people and dogs. The house was comfy and clean. Appreciated the doggie gate so my small didn’t wonder downstairs. The house is just a few minutes drive to everything. Definitely a place we’ll return to.

The house served our needs perfectly and was exactly as described by the owner. The house was very well stocked with kitchen supplies, toiletries, extra towels etc. it is a comfortable house. Communication from the owner was excellent. Would stay here again

The home was beautiful and in a quaint neighborhood. The walls were a bit thin (you could hear the neighbors in the next house), but that was okay. There was quite a bit of trash in the garbage can outside, but we tried to shove it down to accommodate our own trash while we were there. It got a bit warm in the afternoon in the upper area of the house, but the basement was quite cool. Overall, the neighbors were nice, the house was clean and beautiful and we all enjoyed our stay.

Only needed to stay one night on our way through. This neighborhood has always been one of my moms favorites so thought we would stay here to the start of our road trip. The house is beautiful. We only used the upstairs so the cost was a little high for only one night with the owners fees. Would stay again if we had more nights to spread out costs.

What a super cute house. Very clean and very comfortable. Loved the decor and ease of everything in the house. Will definitely stay next time we are in town hands down!!!

Just as advertised.very clean place which makes me happy.a very nice neighborhood, never felt unsafe. My only downside was no fenced yard for the dogs. Where they could be off leash. But all in all it is a great house and the 3 guys do have a sense of humor.I laughed out loud reading their rules and regulations.lol

We found a treasure in this rental. We are making the long cross country trek to relocate and we’re fortunate enough to find this gem. The house was clean, kitchen well stocked and the neighborhood safe and quiet. There is a great trail next to the river for the dog. We took their advice and tried Los Mayas, excellent Tamales! Most importantly we left behind a very sentimental item. Jay went above and beyond to help us!! We would definitely stay here again.

The house was very nice, comfortable, and had all amenities needed. We really appreciated that it was dog friendly (as well as a great area to walk the dogs). The only thing we did not realize was there was no fenced area for the dogs so we had to take them out on a leash each time. The listing did not specify it was or wasn't fenced but it would have been nice to know this in advance. However, we still enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. Jay was super responsive to any questions we had. Everything was setup when we got there. Made great recommendations (local restaurants, activities, etc.) for our time in Montana. The place was as great as the pictures made it look and was a perfect home base for my family. It made us feel right at home. Would absolutely stay here again!

Although I was only here for a very short period of time for a conference, I truly enjoyed my time at this wonderful house. It was so nice to have a pet friendly option that was immaculate and so welcoming. The neighborhood is cute and there was a great walking trail nearby. All of the amenities were top notch and the bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay at this wonderful house.

It’s adorable, the neighborhood is cute as the dickens. Do you feel like you’re in some kind of movie sad or maybe Whoville?? Great location you can walk to the Yellowstone river. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Billings.

The house was everything advertised. A nice quiet neighborhood that was new, just a few minutes from major freeways and arteries. It was well stocked and plenty of room for our family to spread out and to come together. Did not find anything that was missing or not functional. The only thing that was less than wonderful was the parking. There is parking on the street in front of the house and during the weekday several places were available. In evening or late evening, almost all of those filled up. There is a small pad next to the garage available for parking but it is not easy to get in or out of. I found it best to back in. Wonderful experience. If we go to Billings again, we will definitely look for availability here.

It would be pretty tough to complain about this property, New house in a new quiet neighborhood with a 3 minute drive to the interstate. It's about a 5-7 minute drive to King's Ave. with major shopping and restaurants. The house is well equipped with what you'd need to "cook in" as far as utensils and we appreciated the good selection of K cups for the coffee machine as well as creamer and sugar so we didn't have to buy anything for morning coffee. Flat screen Tv's in every room with a good selection of streaming options for all ages. The furniture is also good quality with comfy couches. We ate at the pizza ranch on King's ave. and can recommend it. Cracker Barrel is also very close and good. The property manager is very attentive and quick to respond to queries. We have been staying in VRBO properties for 15 years and this property ranks at the top. I recommend this property.

My family and I along with our dogs spent Christmas in this home. The home was cozy and comfortable. We wanted for nothing as the home had everything we needed for our Christmas celebration. I was able to cook multiple meals with ease. The beds were firm and comfortable and the rooms were beautiful. We loved the neighborhood and the dogs enjoyed the river walk as well! During the Christmas season the neighborhood is known as Whoville and the lights and decorations did not disappoint! Christmas morning the Grinch walked by with his dog! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

I would recommend this rental 100%! The area is super cute with lots of walking! The home also accepted a dog which was a huge plus for us. The home has everything you need plus some! They supply extra of everything so you don’t need to worry about running to the store whether it’s coffee, toilet paper, detergent or popcorn. They have it all! We’d definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great stay!

We had a very pleasant stay! The house was everything we hoped it would be. It was very clean, very well stocked with necessities, and even some extra “just for fun” things. If we ever find ourselves back in Billings, we’d love to stay again!

Wonderful location, walking distance to the river yet close to great restaurants and stores. Super clean and fully equipped with anything you could possibly need. Definitely will visit again.

This was a great property, and great host to work with. Communication was excellent, and property was clean and cozy, with lots of added amenities. We loved the coffee, popcorn, and games that were provided - made it easy to relex and spend quality family time. I appreciated that a good selection, and higher-quality cooking utensils, etc were provided than other VRBO places we have visited. Parking was tight, with one small concrete pad available beside the garage (no access to the garage). This means we had to carry all suitcases and groceries around to the front of the house. Not a problem for us, but may be for someone with limited mobility. Neighborhood was lovely, with quick access to interstate and shopping. Great stay overall, and would definitely recommend this host!
