We loved the house. There were 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 teens. The kids loved the pool and the putting area. There was plenty of room for us and all of the furnishings were great! We would recommend this house! The owner was very responsive to all of my messages. Thanks for a great stay!

There's so much to be said about our stay and the host, Marcus. We just happen to be in Phoenix on the two hottest days of the summer. We also had a couple of birthdays that same weekend. Every guest raved about how awesome the house was. The place was extremely clean, adorably decorated and loaded with fun things to do besides swimming. Although, i couldn't get my kids out of the pool the whole weekend. We're now home and the fam is still talking about this house and all the fun that was had. After checking out and getting back home, my youngest dropped his bags just inside the door and said "welp, were home!" Lol I am the "coolest mom" for finding this place, accordingly to my Littles. Marcus checked in on us to make sure our stay was going well. I know that without a doubt in my mind, that i could have reached out to him with any problem and he would have been on top of it. That was a good feeling. I wish i could give this place 10 stars! We will be staying here again!

We traveled to Phoenix area to visit family and friends. This was a great location for us because we could get every where in the metro area in 30 minutes or so. The pool was huge and inviting. We used the pool several times because it was so hot. The house was super clean and well equipped. The neighborhood was relatively quiet. Grocery stores, restaurants and Planet Fitness was nearby and super convenient. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a baseball tournament and needed a cool and comfortable place centrally located. This house checked every box. It was very clean, beds were comfy, the house was very cool (it was so hot!) and the backyard kept my 14 year old busy and happy. Marcus was quick to respond to every question and made it all very easy. Highly recommend.

This was our first VRBO experience! We were so pleased with the property! Plenty of space, cozy and adorably decorated. The pool was amazing! I was so appreciative of the quick responses from the owner. Even for little questions! We would stay again in a second! Probably will next year if it’s available!!!

Couldn’t be happier with choosing this vrbo for returning home to throw a baby shower. The perfect space to entertain family and friends. The backyard is what sold it. Great size pool, outdoor seating, and no trees blocking the sunshine. Communication with the property owner was very welcoming-friendly, easy, and prompt. Even was able to allow an early check in. The inside was exactly as pictured, as expected. Planning a trip across the country can be stressful, but was lucky to find the perfect home for a very special occasion.

The house is beautifully decorated and nicely appointed. It had everything we needed plus more. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The backyard is an oasis! Very quite neighborhood and a nice little park down the street. Marcus was a joy to work with, answered all of my numerous questions and even checked in with me during our stay. I would highly recommend this unit.

All the girls came to celebrate a graduation. The property was perfect!

This is a nice, spacious house in a good location whether you are going to spring training activities or downtown Phoenix. Good access to major roads and highways. The house was very clean upon arrival and well stocked with towels, toiletries in the bathrooms and almost everything you could need in the kitchen. Looking at the map before our stay I was concerned the street would be busy but it was not. There is a fairly large park 1 block away that my kids visited and there are many restaurants and stores within a very short distance. Almost entirely a 5 star experience - 2 minor negatives. There were no lounge chairs around the pool but I did see boxes in the garage so I'm assuming that will be remedied soon. The corn hole boards should be replaced as one does not stay in place when hit with a bag. Again, small detail. The only other issue we had was the landscaper coming at 6:40 the morning of our departure and mowing the yard right outside our window. We were notified that he was coming but he came almost an hour earlier than we were told. Again I consider those minor and certainly the positives greatly outweigh those small negatives so I would not hesitate to stay here again if we were to return. We had a reunion of friends coming from various states. Great gathering place! Lots of seating inside and out. Very clean, extra towels available. Beautiful back patio and area to soak up the sun and chill. Pool was so inviting (way too cold) may have to come back when the weather has had a chance to heat the pool. But still very relaxing to sit outside. Love the painted wall. Feels like a private oasis. I would definitely recommend this place. Especially for families. Love the single beds that are not bunk beds and have comfortable mattresses.

I brought my whole family (5 of us) down to Arizona for a baseball tournament. our rental was perfect and we had more then enough room. The house was clean and located in a great neighborhood. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great vacation that feels like home.

We had 5 adults in our family and had plenty of room. Very nice home that can accommodate 6 adults. Large family room and very nice kitchen. Backyard patio with a pool, putting green, and corn hole provides activities while at the house. Close to grocery store & restaurants. 25 minutes to PHX airport and State Farm Stadium.

Great place to stay. Beautiful relaxing backyard with tons of shade and sun, great pool, putting green is fun addition, and 4 tvs, one for every person in our family. Having 2 beautiful clean bathrooms not with showers is another huge touch. Will stay again for sure.

Loved the location of this house! Close to major roads, shopping, entertainment and tourist locations. The house is clean, comfortable and very well maintained. The beds are comfortable and the house is tastefully decorated. We did not use the pool since the weather was not cooperative but used the putting green and corn hole! Will definitely be back to use that pool!!! The hosts are top notch, we had only one minor piece of kitchen utensil missing in kitchen and the hosts had it delivered the next morning. They are extremely responsive and communicative. I highly recommend this VRBO if you are visiting Phoenix and area.

New furnishings, very clean, comfortable stay overall. Home that is relatively close to StateFarm field (20 mins) for any out of town sports fans.

This is a three-bedroom, two-bath home with a kitchen, tv room, pool, BBQ grill, putting green, and corn hole amenities. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet along with being very close to everything that you need. The two smaller bedrooms have two single beds each and the master bedroom has one queen. The bathrooms were clean. I am not sure that the pool is heated because it was pretty brisk and only half of our party could swim in it. The patio furniture was perfect for hanging out on and under during the evenings and just relaxing. There is a garage in which we were able to put our cooler and larger tote but you can't park in it. The front driveway fit two cars on it side by side with parking on the street if you needed it. I felt very secure in the house and very much enjoyed having what I needed in the kitchen. I would recommend this place to anyone with a larger group. It didn't seem squished at all, especially with such a welcoming backyard. Being able to do a quick load of laundry was great as well. I would stay here again if I had another reason to be in this area. The owners were very attentive and were able to help us very quickly with whatever we needed.
