Physical property and location are terrific. Interpretation of local ordinance by management company and rental policies prevented us from having some local friends/family over for dinner which was disappointing. Otherwise great.

We loved the location and the house was clean and nice with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. We had a weird incident with a spontaneous broken shower door that was an inconvenience and could have been scary if there had been kids in the bathroom when it happened but that was unpredictable and not really a fault of the property —likely some installation defect or a defect in the glass? Unfortunately it happened on a weekend day and couldn’t be addressed until Monday so all 6 of us had to share one shower for a couple of days. Once it was addressed everything was good and overall we enjoyed are stay and would stay there again. Be aware there are lots of stairs which were a bit hard for my dad with bad knees to navigate.

Beautiful house. Great location. VERY comfortable beds.
Not a criticism but a heads up: the kitchen has all the gear but no essentials (no salt, pepper, oil, etc.).

We had no heat, no hot water, no propane for outdoor fire pit upon arrival. No hot showers and slept in cold rooms. Did not get fixed until afternoon of day two. Wasted a day and a half of our vacation. Poor response from Vacasa property manager. I requested a one day refund and have yet to receive.

We enjoyed The Cardiff Hideaway, it’s a very nice place with plenty of room, two lovely patio spaces with ocean views. True to the pictures on line. It is 3 levels with lots of stairs so might be a concern for young children & elders, just so you know. We liked walking to the local restaurants & shops, a fun thrift store too. One to keep in mind for future stays for sure

We stayed at this home in October 2022. The house was super clean, well stocked and had many places for the kids to explore. We enjoyed lunch and dinners on the rooftop. The beds were comfortable and we were half a mile away from coffee shops, the grocery store and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this home.

This place was amazing! Home away from home with comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen for the chef in your home, amazing views, with easy access to the beach or several local restaurants. Looking forward to another visit here with more time to be here.

100% would stay here anytime we are in the area. Only weird thing was the timers in the bathroom 😂🤣. They only stay on for like 60 secs.
