House is extremely clean. The owners of the house were also the host of the house. They like things done correctly. You can’t go wrong by renting this home. Enjoy

We traveled as a family for Christmas with our 2 small dogs. I can tell you this was the cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed in.
We loved the home and location.
The owners were very prompt with answering any questions that we may had.
I would definitely recommend this home.

We promised to visit friends in the Villages, and when our pet sitter backed out we had to scramble to find a VRBO for the weekend. Ms Lobo was very responsive and made everything easy.
The house is very well-appointed, clean, and comfortable enough for half a dozen people to stay. With just my husband and myself with the 2 dogs it was way more house than we needed but it was in the location I wanted. It would be great for an extended stay as well- everything in the kitchen you could want to use.
We have 2 dogs >50 lbs so they didn't fit on the golf cart for the trip to the nearby dog park but it was within walking distance.
We used the golf cart- electric- and it made it all the way over to Brownwood Paddock and back! We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Light, airy, clean. The foam beds were unusual to us, however, we slept well. The kitchen had everything you needed. Just add food. The towels and linens were nice too. Emma checked on several times during our stay.
The location in the villages is awesome. Two minutes in the golf cart to the nearest restaurant. Five minutes to the local pool and recreation center and barely ten minutes in the provided golf cart to the town center or bowling alley. Cut the times in half if you drive a car, but this is the villages. Golf cart is the way to go.

This house was very clean upon arrival. Probably the cleanest we have stayed in. There are two comfortable living areas, a spacious kitchen and a screened patio. The main bedroom was very comfortable and large. We didn’t stay n the guest bedroom but noticed it had a very large closet. The owners were easy to communicate with and friendly. We will definitely stay at this property the next time we are in the area.

The house is perfectly located, close to anything and everything. It was perfectly stocked, even had bottled water in the fridge waiting for us. Open floor plan, never felt crowded. Quiet neighborhood, having use of the golf cart allowed us to experience the Villages like a resident. Very clean and the host were very responsive if we had any questions. We will definitely stay here again!!

This is a fantastic home in a great location close to Spanish springs. The home is well equipped with everything you would need. Great layout and plenty of lounging room for family. The only thing negative was if you are sensitive to fragrances you might want to ask to have them unplugged before your stay. I had to unplug and open some windows but after that it was fine! :) Plenty of linens and kitchen essentials. Great space!

This was a perfect spot to be able to celebrate the holidays with my Dad who lives in The Villages as well. We LOVED the house! It was so clean. The beds were VERY comfortable, which is one of the most important to me. I would recommend renting a golf cart if you are going to stay a while as the one at the house is battery and doesn't have a ton of speed, but it worked for what we needed. I loved that we could have our dog with us on vacation too! The location is perfect for being close to Spanish Springs town square.

We live in the villages and needed a place nearby for our family to stay and stretch out. This lovely home was quite spacious and fit the bill very nicely. In fact my daughter a wants to stay here again the next time they are in town. Emma was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Thank you!

And the minute I walked in to this home I could see it was amazing and clean and beautiful… Nice furniture open floor plan is exactly what I needed. It did not disappoint and the property manager was super communicative.

I’ve stayed at many VRBOs and generally had great hosts, but Emna is exceptional! Responsive, warm and genuinely wants to make sure everything is perfect. The home was spacious, quiet and clean. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of linens, etc. I would recommend it to anyone staying in The Villages (with or without pets)! The pet policy is so appreciated as we have a very harmless furbaby who enjoyed her stay immensely, too!

We fish in Florida Bassnation Nation youth tournaments every year out of Lake Harris. The location is a 25 minute drive to the boat ramp we launch from. The location of the property is perfect and in a safe neighborhood. There was plenty of parking for our boat and vehicle. The inside of this home was phenomenal and perfect for our family of 5. So much space ((I was a little concerned when we first pulled in)). Enma was very responsive. The amenities that come with your stay is an awesome bonus. We will most definitely be back!

We were so impressed with this property. It was perfect for my husband and I to enjoy a four-day visit in The Villages. It was sparkling clean with comfortable furniture, beds and towels. Easy-to-use TVs, a golf cart to explore in, fully-stocked kitchen and a lovely neighborhood made it a wonderful visit. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience. We have rented several houses and thus home and experience is definitely top notch! Owner is am awesome communicator who thought of everything to help make it a convenient stay! I would definitely rent this property again!
