Hotel was clean and decent but the pool that they say is heated is freezing cold. Left for some very disappointed kids. The staff was the real reason for the 2 stars. Awful customer service. Maribel who was the server in the breakfast room which you pay extra for was just miserable. Extremely rude and unfriendly. Won’t be staying here again due to the poor customer service.

Good property, my only issue was the visible rust spots in the tub where water had been collecting.

I would say for the price, I expected significantly better quality and free breakfast. There was mold in the shower and the toliet bowl was cracked a lot. Obviously, this area capitalizes on the convenience to the airport. I would not choose this location again.

My stay was fine. The airport shuttle was the biggest win. I'm grateful they were willing to schedule the shuttle for 5:30am.

Room was great! Everything was clean and set nicely. Just a little perturbed with the check in process. Chose the pay-at-property option, but was charged at 8am the morning of check-in, although I didn’t not arrive to the property until 5, check-in was at the earliest 4pm. Upon arrival, I was told I would need to run my card again for the total price of the hotel, although I expressed to the receptionist that the total had already been reflected on my bank account. She told me that the payment was only “pending” and was a pre-authorization, not and actual charge. So I had to use my card to “pre-authorize” the room again. So now I’m out the cost of the room x2 with no promise of when the second “pre-authorization” will drop off. As of right now both charges are still pending, and on my account. Out the cost of 1 room for 1 night, twice. Just a bit confusing considering the *pay at property* option was chosen, but was charged hours before my arrival, as well as again once I arrived.

This hotel smelled horrible starting at the front door. The bed sheets were soiled, smelly and had hair all over them. That was the case in all 4 rooms the clerk tried to move us too. Honestly they got worse as we continued to try and find one that was at least acceptable. Absolutely filthy hotel.

My room was clean. There was noise from the hallway and other areas around the room, so not totally private. Internet worked fine and the staff was very pleasant. I was able to get to the airport easily via the hotel’s shuttle. Other than some noise, not any complaints. I did not eat on premises, but used the Keurig coffee maker in the room.

The hotel was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. We had the best night sleep for the duration of our stay. The breakfast was not that great and you have to pay for it. The staff is also not overly friendly and there was a mix up where they put someone else in our room. Overall it was a great stay and i would recommend it.

Room was satisfactory. Upon arrival was required to pay $50 more. Never had this happen with any reservation I've ever made.

I loved the room layout and all of the amenities. My problem is that the bar & restaurant shut down at 10pm on a SATURDAY NIGHT! I am an entertainer and like to have a drink with my band after the show and then have something to eat. For that reason, I would probably never stay here again. But I loved everything else.

They accommodated early check-in and had very helpful staff. Everyone has been friendly.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was outstanding. The hotel is within a short distance to the airport and lots of dining options are within easy driving distances Unfortunately, it was noisy as guests partied late into the night on several occasions.

It is very close to the airport and many restaurant options in the area.

Great rooms very nice staff

The property and check in process was great. Pool water was cold but to each their own. My only concern was they have this beautiful lobby with a bar, eating tables, and even a gorgeous granite full double sided counter that has plugs built into to do work at it but was told that we were unable to use it at 10:00 p.m. on a Sunday night so both rooms can sit down and enjoy delivered pizza together and not all have to sit on beds in our room so we can enjoy some fun conversation, eat some pizza together, and play some Uno but instead were told we couldn't use any of the tables but only could use the lounge area that had a super small coffee table and a couch. Their reason was the counter was wiped down and that is where they set up the breakfast in the morning. We would have been happy to clean up our mess and even wipe down the table. The night host was polite I just felt it was a poor excuse and that we should have been able to use either the counter or the tables and not try to cram 5 people around a little coffee table. Due to this we went back to our room and did the best we could but it was a beautiful hotel, close to the airport, and very clean but besides that one issue we enjoyed the hotel and felt it was good value.

Hotel is clean, new, everything looks nice. Quiet at night. Front desk person was very polite and she called us at room to check if everything fine. Easy free parking, easy elevator access. A lot of groceries stores and restaurants around. I would stay there again.

I stay here whenever I use this airport. It’s reliable and easy to navigate. It’s generally quiet; the food is made to order, and I can usually get a shuttle (not for 6AM flights, but later morning absolutely).
