The home was spectacular! We loved the modern open design and the attention to detail. Everything you could possibly need was provided whether it be towels for the rooftop hot tub (amazing view!) or a stocked pantry with backup paper towels and tissues. The location was a quick walk to the ski resort but the highlight was the oversized ski locker at the base of the resort! The property manager was extremely professional and responsive and quickly resolved a minor issue with the garage access code. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Steamboat.

We had a great stay. Super convenient outdoor space for our dog. The refrigerator was replaced during our stay

Four Seasons was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process and our stay. Great location - walkable to the Gondola that takes you to Steamboat base (8mins). Hot tub and appliances work great. Limited parking but we didn't have issues finding some nearby.

Building is new and spacious but with a few things that we would have like to know:
Construction zone: starting Monday-Friday: the workers start making noise at 8am so it would be hard to sleep in or enjoy a quiet day.
The location is about a half a mile away from the base so plan on having a car or walking to the bus stop.
Pet friendly place so also expect to have dog hairs in the sheets and furniture. Not acceptable in my opinion.
Over all spacious and new…
