We had a wonderful Christmas at this location, big enough space to host a family of 8.

Have stayed in several locations in H.S.over the years We like this location due to its proximity to downtown, Garven Gardens, etc. We had a potential small issue when 1st arriving and Chris was quick to respond. Ended up being no real issue. Beds a wee bit firm for us but nothing that would keep us from coming back. Balconies were nice along with W/D, some welcome gifts, etc. We would consider renting here again and would recommend to othes.

We really loved our stay! Checking in was very easy. While we stayed there, it was extremely quiet. Seems like the owners thought of most everything.

Our group consisted of six adults and two 16yo. This condo offers plenty of room and wonderful amenities including champagne and snacks. Location is perfect for quiet getaway and/or access to great water for skiing, tubing and laid back floating. Condo is very clean and well stocked. Can’t go wrong!

It was absolutely everything. It was absolutely beautiful, the view is amazing, the size is perfect for comfort. It’s easy access and was conveniently close to everything.

We really enjoyed this Condo. It was very clean and spacious.. Beds were comfortable and the view was amazing. They had everything we needed and also snacks waiting on us when we arrived ( the kids loved that). I like to cook so I enjoyed the non stick skillets. And the host responded immediately with answers to our questions. They even had a book telling us about different restaurants. We loved this property.

My family arrived after a long day of traveling and was accommodated and welcome by a wonderful host and a beautiful location.
This location is a jewel in the Spa City and comes heavily recommended from my family to yours, and dont worry about the available space as it was very spacious for all 8 of our guest.
This is a must stay and we will definitely be staying again.
Dislike: Only space for two cars and when family members are coming from different states to come together that was a little difficult, but overall 5 star location and propery.

The condo was great. Quiet gated complex right on the water. Large balcony and great views. Short drive to everything in Hot Springs.

We gathered from Mississippi, Texas, Missouri and Florida . We enjoyed Hot Springs and your beautiful Condo . We bathed in the baths , had a great spa day and bet on the horses at the track - What fun !!
So nice to stay in a beautiful and clean home . It was the little touches , shampoo/conditioner in every shower, snacks on the table, enough good toilet paper and much more !

We had 3 couples and each of us had our own space with bathroom which was perfect. Location was close to town but yet far enough out that it was quiet. Loved sitting on the balcony listening to the ducks. Had an issue with the entry gate which our host promptly notified the complex about. Communications was great!
