Really appreciated the clear communication from the owners. Honestly the apartment exceeded our expectations: clean, spacious, comfortable. The ocean view was spectacular. The location was perfect for our needs. I would recommend a stay here.

After having to cancel our other property that we booked, we found this place. Turns out it was a better place ! Great location. Spacious for us three adults. The view out of the living room was just amazing. You could see the beach and ocean. The kitchen was roomy to move around in. The beds were comfortable. Having a parking spot right out front was a plus for the holiday week. It was a great find and glad we stayed here.

Great location great property just what we needed. Only problem is they need a ceiling fan in the 2nd room. Got hot and stuffy.

Wonderful property in the heart of the village. Great little balcony with ocean views. It could have been cleaner and some of the bath towels needed to be retired. The bedding also needed attention (stains or just not clean). We kept our socks on inside and they became dirty from walking on the carpet. Visible stains and multiple burn marks were concerning. One of the sliding shower doors was detached from its hanger and fell in on our daughter when she tried to use it. Looked like this issue was present before our arrival. Overall, a very nice place that needs more attention with regards to cleanliness and maintenance.

My husband and I and my 17 year old daughter enjoyed staying at this condo over Memorial Day weekend. It was well-decorated, clean, and had a beautiful view of the ocean from the living room. The kitchen was well-stocked and we liked that it had 2 outdoor dining spaces. It was the perfect size for my family of 3, but my favorite thing was the location. We could walk everywhere from the condo. We walked across the street for coffee every morning, we walked the short 2 blocks every day to the beach, we walked to nearby shops and and we walked to dinner at Shadowbrook and various other nearby restaurants. My only complaint, and it is very minor, is that there is only one parking spot. So, my sister who lives nearby, had difficulty parking when she came to visit. But, that was only a small inconvenience. Overall, it is the perfect condo for a couple or small family who enjoys being near everything. I would definitely stay there again when visiting the area.

The location is was very convenient and the apartment is light and comfortable. We would have appreciated one more stool to use at the counter. The counter was the only place to eat (no table) and there should have been 4 stools in a "sleeps 4" apartment. Grandma shouldn't have had to eat sitting on the couch.
Also, with two cars and only one parking place, we would have appreciated some printed instructions about the way paid parking works in the Village. We ended up having to park our second car quite far away.
