Loved this place. Close to the beach, clean, comfy beds. Upstairs shower wasn't private but otherwise a great shower.

We spent a week, there were five of us for a 90th birthday celebration elsewhere on the Sunshine Coast. It is a spacious property, that was appreciated.
The location is truly splendid. Can hear the waves at the beach literally a few minutes walk to patrolled beach and club.
Now why only three stars:
- there were material quality issues with the downstairs bathroom - both the toilet and the shower, not usable for most of the stay (we provided feedback and advised repairs underway)
- the upstairs bedroom balcony not usable
- the intro pack has a big emphasis on no noise (including decibel tracking in the property) what it doesn’t tell you is that there is a major property construction across the road that starts work at 6am or that the next door neighbour is a drummer, be ready for some drum sessions
- the property was advertised as a house, it’s a townhouse with a tight shared driveway, it didn’t concern us but it could be a issue for others
- the property management is wholly system generated and rules driven communication - not at all personalised or personable
The location and spaciousness warranted the overall three stars, but do your diligence before booking is my suggestion.
