I didn’t get to stay long enough.

Very helpful staff, lovely rooms (could have done with a kettle), nice atmosphere. The best part was the breakfast may have looked like most other offerings but it was so much fresher and better presented, plus having a chef to serve fresh egg dishes was perfect.

The Tirolerhof provided us with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday, right from the start. The staff were very welcoming and always helpful, especially with information, going well beyond our expectations. The location was ideal: just 2-3 minutes walk from both the lake and town centre restaurants. We rented good quality ebikes from the hotel to explore the area and used the swimming pool and health spa. The room was just right, with a large bathroom and additional features to make our stay comfortable, and a view of the mountains. The breakfast buffet was generous. The beds were blissfully comfortable.

The staff did not take care of our complaints. there was no heating on first day, then only late at night. the shower was broken and was not fixed. we had to hold the shower head with rope.
