Amazing place to stay! Loved the homeyness of this apartment. Great layout, great light throughout! Amazing bathroom! Will be our go to place everytime we come!

We had a wonderful stay. The property was much larger than I had realized. We especially liked the kitchen and bathroom area which are wonderfully done and very spacious. Great view of Main Street so we could watch the motorcycles go by. “We stayed during the Bikes, Blues and Barbeque motorcycle rally”.

The two bedroom house is in a great location. Clean and comfortable furniture. A nice place to relax and enjoy Eureka Springs! Matt is an excellent host and very responsive. Highly recommended.

This property was perfect for us! We came for the weekend and loved how it was in walking distance to everything downtown and we didn’t have to pay for parking. The rental was so cute throughout with the bathroom being our favorite room!

Great location, clean and fun place to stay! Enjoyed the decor and all the activities at ABNB and Eureka Springs is my favorite place in Arkansas to be! So beautiful there!

This place had so much character! If you are into places that hold historical uniqueness then this is the place for you. We absolutely loved having coffee on the back porch while listening to the spring that ran beside the building and wine in the evening on the front porch and watching the activity of main street. It was an ideal location to park and walk to the center of Eureka Springs. I highly recommend this location and host and would stay again.

Great place to stay in a perfect location

Wonderful place to stay. Clean the apartment has a few odd things but that’s expected for a historic building. Coffee no coffee even cheaper hotels give coffee.

Location was perfect, charming property. Host was very responsive on any questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

We loved this apartment! It was easily situated to walk to things downtown, and then only minutes away from attractions around Eureka Springs. There is a creek that runs next to and under the building. I sat out there a lot and read when it wasn't too hot. Also, the host is very responsive and pleasant to work with. This will definitely be on our list should we ever go back to Eureka Springs.

The place was really beautiful, great location, and the host was really responsive. If the bottom floor is rented, you will hear the neighbors. If they are considerate, it won't be an issue. Our neighbors below were quite noisy. The host was responsive to our concerns the first night. The second night, the neighbors came in at 1 am and were pretty loud until 2 am and then yelled at us to stop walking around in the morning as we were getting ready to leave. I really loved the place and the host tried but it is the nature of the set up. I understand that the downstairs folks wanted to have a good time.

I am obsessed with this house! Perfect location, beautiful architecture, very clean and well stocked. We will definitely be back!

Great location! We had a nice stay. I would say an upgrade to the mattresses and pillows would be awesome. I did find a few thicker pillows but no pillow covers. The door in hallway was a little unexpected too. I pulled back the curtain and a man was standing in the door at top of stairs. I think a solid door without windows would be nice and feel safer. There were alot of nice things in this home. Overall it was a good spot for a weekend getaway. I would rent here again. It was clean with neat eclectic feel.

My husband and I loved this place. The location could not be better. We slept in the room that has the balcony and the bed was very comfortable. Everything about the inside has so much charm. I loved the natural light that comes into the bathroom from the ceiling. We definitely took advantage of the Nintendo games! We have rented places before that had great location but lacked quality—that is not the case here!

Great place to stay. My girls had a GREAT TIME!!! Will not hesitate to book again.

Loved everything about it will be going back

Right off the main strip. Parking right at the entrance of the house. (Around back) Welcoming and warm inside the house. The bedroom facing the street had lots of windows to let the light in, a TV with cable/satellite and a nice porch (slight slant forward) for morning hot tea. The street is below, so it can get loud in the morning. The middle room had a TV for video games, one large window and no door. The bathroom was big and the tub was huge. (Washer and dryer included along with bottle soap and shampoo) The kitchen had everything you need for cooking (we never found the toaster) along with a coffee maker, big fridge and microwave. A nice island for eating or setting up food, along with a small table for watching the birds. Plenty of books and movies for entertainment. The only window with a screen was in the hallway. Both the front and back door have screens, a few holes in the bedroom one, for listening to the sounds of nature. (Mosquitoes can get in) The mattresses were not the most comfortable, one pretty firm and one squishy, but there were plenty of pilows and blankets. Matt was so easy to correspond with and very helpful with everything. A nice quiet street to walk your dog on behind the house as well as plenty of floor space for their bed. Everything is in walking distance from restaurants to shopping. We have already talked about coming back and staying here.

Loved everything about it will be going back

We enjoyed our stay just a four-minute walk from downtown. The apartment is decorated with a quaint collection of items from the past.

Overall we had a wonderful stay! The location is ideal for all things downtown! The house is very well stocked with everything you could want except privacy. We couldn’t tell from the photos that you have to walk through the smaller bedroom to access the larger bedroom. And the smaller bedroom has no door to the living room and the larger bedroom door doesn’t fully shut. This also means when accessing the bathroom from the larger bedroom in the night, you have to walk through the smaller room. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and easy to get it.

This historic loft in Eureka Springs is on top of it all! Quite literally by location because you are within walking distance to everything! Also on top of decor, cleanliness and modern updates on all the important stuff. The historical vibe of this loft is spacious and well appointed with views to die for! Let’s not forget the two wonderful porches with babbling brook. Will stay here again! Pictures don’t do it justice. Perfect for everyone from the solo traveler, couples to families.

This apartment was just as described. It was clean and felt really spacious. My family of four never felt like we were on top of each other. We had a great time playing the available board games and it helped keep the kids heads away from electronics. The bathroom was my favorite part with a ton of natural light. Matt gave us an early check in with no problem and we were able to take our big dog with us. I will definitely be back!

Up on Main was a lovely place to stay for our brief three day visit to Eureka. The location is within easy walking distance of most attractions. It is in a secure location and is a charming space that was exceptionally clean and had all provisions necessary for a weekend stay. Check in and check out was easy. Only comment would be that there is some road noise in the bedroom closest to the main street, and that the mattresses in both bedrooms could use some attention. Other than that we loved it, it would return again.

Lovely upstairs apartment with loads of character. Beautifully furnished and well equipped - and the location is excellent. We will definitely stay here again!

I loved the old cottage charm! The bathroom was very nice! My only complaint is that we could only get one TV to work. Who needs tv on vacation

I was concerned with this being an old building, but it was so cozy and warm and comfortable. It was within walking distance to downtown and we felt very safe walking around. We appreciated the nice porch lights when we walked back late. We would definitely stay here again when it is warmer weather so that we could enjoy the front porch overlooking the street.

This is a great apartment! Located right off of the "bottom" of main street, we were within walking distance of all the Main and Spring street shops, basin park, as well as a short drive from Christ of The Ozarks and the Crescent hotel. The property itself was clean and well maintained. The coffee maker worked (but bring your own coffee). The video games, acoustic guitar, and wealth of books, board games and movies were a nice touch as well. Overall, we were very pleased and would happily come again!
