We had the worst experience. I originally booked when there were only two reviews (3 and 5 star ratings). Shortly before we arrived, I saw two new reviews (2 and 1 star ratings) and became concerned. And unfortunately, we had problems canceling the booking. The 2 and 1 star reviews from July 2023 were completely accurate in their assessment of the property. It was so dirty and rundown that it was inhabitable, in my view. Bugs throughout the house. Dead rodents in the garage. Broken and/or dirty furniture. Marijanna butts. Hair in the bathtubs. Broken and missing door knobs. We arrived at the checking time and still had not received checking key/information. However, the door was unlocked (which we saw as a security risk). Also before we arrived, I spoke with the property owner about the bad reviews and the state of the house. The owner said he wasn't concerned about bad reviews and he wasn't going to change anything about the property. Given that the property wasn't clean, sanitary or safe, we did not stay and are fighting with VRBO to get a full refund. It has been a nightmare. I do not recommend this property.

There were bees swarming in the house. All of the toilet paper in the house had mini bugs. All of the furniture was disgustingly dirty. The house was not clean prior to check in. The A/C upstairs was not working at all. There was broken glass around the roof of the home. It was a nightmare, so we left a day early.

We were in town for a softball tournament and found/booked this property. The property is huge and had a lot of "potential" but this property has been riden hard and put away wet for YEARS without ANY TLC. No cable TV .... internet went out and had to reach out to property manager to fix ... looks like it has not been deep cleaned EVER. Ice machine in fridge looks like it hasn't worked in years ... master bedroom TV no remote (didn't work) ... blinds broken all over .... master bedroom no fitted sheet (just one sheet on fitted laying over matress) and removed the comforter to find a silverfish running around on the bed ... couches were filthy ... floors didn't look clean ... drywall repair with no paint .... wine fridge not hooked up .... appliances seem to be very very old .... multiple sheens of white paint on sloppy repairs .... didn't get "check in info" until night before and had to hound property manager for info to be sent .... baseboards filthy ... property reaked off renuzit air fresheners ... you have to enter home through garage ..... I WAS SO EXCITED TO STAY HERE, PRIOR TO WALKING IN. Very sad to see such great potential being so neglected for such a long period of time (obvious when we walked in and took pictures to prove it and of the lovely silverfish in the bed). We will not be staying here again unfortunately and we will be taking a LONG shower now that we are out of there. WHAT A BUMMER.

Great presentation. Open space. Plenty of parking and privacy to enjoy our stay. Recommend to others wanting a peaceful stay away from city life. Overall pleasant stay.

It was a nice house something’s were already broken big space to have a good get together
