1. There were no mats to put in front of the shower when you stepped out. A slipping hazard. 2. Needs a couch. Just have chairs to sit in. 3. A bad ideal to put the handicap rooms on any floor but the ground floor. Most people who are handicap would not be able to come down the stairs in case of a fire if they used wheeled chairs. 4. No paper towels. Paper towels would be nice to wipe up messes.

This had to been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It had a roaches, hair on my towels, and a really strong older of cigarettes. I booked a non-smoking room, and as soon as I walked in it smelled like someone just finished smoking a pack of cigarettes. The hotel lobby smelled disgusting. When I tried to check out the next day, their only elevator was broken so I had to bring my luggage downstairs from the third floor. I called the front desk to see if they will help me Bring my luggage downstairs and they declined.

The customer service has been awesome. Houskeeping needs a lot of attention. Saw the cleaning ladies in action cleaning and they need new staff. When we got our room it was a bit nasty. Restroom was yucky and so was the kitchenette. Did see a few roaches as well. That's as bad as it got though.

I reserved a room for someone and they had to leave and rent a room at a different hotel because the room they got was infested with roaches. They were given another room, but same thing happened and it had mold. I want my money back NOW!

The rooms smelled bad roaches spiders everywhere room was dirty, there was no breakfast, sadly had a really bad experience here will not be going back there

I liked thwy had a kitchen and laundry facilities but they had a broken ice machine and had a brand new one in the lobby, pool looked like a cesspool, small roaches and fire ants, thete pet friendly but left ant baits all over. They called me on hitel in room phone on several occations about my service dog, stating service dogs dont bark, well how do you think they tell there person of the warning, it was rediculous, they charge a 50 dollar cash deposit they guve back at check out i was short 20 dollars but they did make it right where that was concerned

Dirty smell disgusting smell, bugs and smell inside dishwasher, stained yellow sheets on the bed dont even try to walk barefoot. Refused to refund me.

I stayed here previously and everything was clean and the staff friendly which is why I booked again, unfortunately this stay does not compare. The property is mostly clean, however, it now has bugs, the housekeeping staff do bare minimum and fail to empty the trash cans, leave fresh towels etc after clearing the used towels away. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful but overall this stay was disappointing and I will not return.

This came up as a 3 star hotel. It was the most run down hotel I've stayed at since maybe the 1970s and I have been to 68 countries over the years. Beds were like army bunks, shower and bath area looked like 9th graders installed them, smelled bad and the kitchenette was nasty. I would not recommend even the poorest person to stay here.

The studio 6 lobby smelled horrible and was not clean. The elevator smelled even worse. Room was on the 2nd floor it had to 95 degrees in the hallway. First room we went to had COCKROACHES RUNNING ALL OVER THE PLACE. Changed rooms and 2nd room had dead COCKROACHES all over the place. Gave it 1 last room change on a different floor and of coarse room 3 had COCKROACHES ALL OVER IT AS WELL. unbelievably disappointing Left, got a refund and never stayed the hotel.

Had a fantastic stay, the room was clean, a/c worked fantastic, looked like new, no issues with anything, it was like being in a nice dorm, fridge, sink, tv, everything you needed was there. The staff was too quick to answer any questions and help with any items we needed. Affordable! I stay in a lot of hotels and this has to be one of my favorites now.

Thank you so much! I do have to say the noise and the door slamming kept me awake all night, other doors closing would literally rattle my door and make it sound like someone was trying to push in. It was also a bit musty, and appeared unclean on the floor and surfaces, but the service was amazing, the manager was very nice!

Price is reasonable with the room size I got. However, a few things are broken inside the room; I will definitely gave a 5 star if hair dryer and electric stove work. The ventilation at the kitchen is also quite dirty. Lastly, I’m quite nervous when I see the back of tiolet has a crack 😣
