Right in the heart of Kyoto, but away from the busy streets. Gave us plenty of opportunities for exploring. The heater took a while to kick in, but worked well through the night. The owners were always a phone call away, and friendly whenever we spotted them. They’d clean our bathroom and replace our towels while we were away.

This guest house was very safe and convenient. You are close to the train station. There are good eats near by as well as convenience stores.
