You will be greeted with a friendly smile. They are so helpful and when we needed a few extra item's it took only seconds. The entire location was vlean and comfortable. This is the 2nd time we have stayed there and will stay again. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. Great location to Publix, Restaurants and shopping.

The overall stay was good, but the way one particular issue was handled was way below average.
The hot water went out the afternoon of our first night - we stayed for two nights - and was not available till the next day.
Our disappointment was not that it was not repaired more quickly, it was that the hotel was too matter of fact about it! It was more like, "Oh, well, sorry about that."
In addition, we had to ask for "an appropriate compensation" for the lack of hot water and the inconvenience it caused. Since it is the hotel that is providing the service, they should have taken the initiative to offer the compensation, and a more generous one than they did.
We have stayed at various IHG properties and have enjoyed our stays, and hope to again in the future.

This is a fantastic Hotel...we stay here several times a year. Great rooms, pool, BBQ area, basketball court, amazing free breakfast and a snack buffet several times a week. I travel around the world...all Hotels should be like this one. The McHugh Family

This might be our favorite stay ever for a football weekend. The suite was spacious and clean and the full kitchen came in handy. The location is just about ideal - close to several great restaurants, shopping and I-75. Just ten minutes from the UF campus and stadium as well.

Excellent stay! Clean, friendly service, awesome amenities (basketball court was a big hit) & the best free breakfast we’ve had at any hotel. Highly recommend this hotel. Staybridge will def be my choice when I’m the Gainesville area

I booked this reservation to simply have access to the pool. Yes, it was a Saturday so it was packed but the real disappointment was how dirty the pool and hot tub were!!! There were areas on the sides of the pool where people had scratched their names and initials in the pool scum that collects on the sides of a pool that aren't cleaned properly. Very disgusting and not acceptable. I will never stay here again.

Very clean, helpful staff, lots of restaurants and shopping. There were several homeless people in a couple of shopping centers nearby, but none were bothersome.

Homeless living nearby but staff was friendly and attentive. Laundry facilities are free which is nice but need cleaning (cigarette butts in washers and dryers). Breakfast and happy hour were nice touches. Staff in kitchen was great and helpful! Front desk staff were nice. Gym was well equipped and pretty clean. Property was pretty clean overall. Room was spacious and nice to have kitchen and living area. Need to monitor entry from pool to elevator and other common areas. There was a huge puddle of water near the elevator. My son slipped, fell and hurt his hip. I saved people coming off the elevator from falling! No housekeeping was a pain.

Clean facility. The two long-haired gentlemen that attended the front desk were cordial and welcoming. The rest of the employees, not so much.
We checked in very late after a 12 hour drive, and asked for a late checkout so we could rest awhile before another long drive. The night attendant said to ask in the morning for an additional 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the morning staff would not accommodate our request, even though the hotel & parking lot were empty at that time. We are frequent travelers and Marriott/Hilton/Hyatt members. All of which have been accommodating.
Breakfast attendant reprimanded me for not noticing that a piece of egg fell onto the counter. She proceeded to angrily wipe the counter underneath my plate. Awkward and unwelcoming vibe at what could be an otherwise lovely place.
Lastly, We wanted to wash some of our clothing when we checked in, but four unattended children were in the laundry room using hand soap in the washers.

The room was ideal and as expected. Everything worked properly.
The gym was superb, laundry was nice (and free), social hour and breakfast was tremendous and the pool was amazing (and towels were always available).
But did I mention…the staff is amazing. Every single interaction was great!
