The garden is very nice and cool to relax having drinks but the chairs and tables needs to replaced. Staff friendly and helpful

The place is run down. Mould on ceiling. Paint peeling off in the rooms. No air con. Out of 10 I give this place 2. The place was infested with coachroaches.

Honestly this place was terrible for me, I booked online and arrived late in the evening, I got to the room the bedding was dirty and not ironed, floor had ants and cockroaches. Not to mention the staff , they were not friendly at all , I stayed for 2 days and no one came to check if I need any tissues or bathing gel or anything for that matter. There was only a small bathing gel to use one and the next year I used my own soap… poor service . I don’t recommend

I hate it that we had to share a bathroom and there was a leakage in the toilet, and the water was running down to the shower . It was really not convenient 😒however the service was not pleasing at all , especially with the stuff members.

no tissue or towels in the bathroom,condoms in the drawers. loud music and sheets seemed dirty and unchanged

The rooms are nice and clean but there is no fans in the rooms so its very hot during summer, and there is many mosquitoes around, also no towels where provided.

even though situated near a busy road there is some quietness you experience in the morning when you wake up. everything was on point from the booking to the check out. good team there. asked for adjustment of time on my breakfast and that was solved without a hustle. it was my first time but will be a regular whenever i'm in the capital

We visited the palace guest house for 3 nights and we really had an amazing experience.The cleanliness and the service was on point.We'll definitely visit again.The staff is friendly and attentive which made our stay easier and enjoyable

I think you should change your beds they have spikes and your bathrooms are smelly you need to clean them with something like domestos put curtains or blinds in the bathroom

There was mould all 9ver the ceilings. The stench of mould is everywhere.

Shared bathroom had no lock anyone could have possible walked in while I was bathing.

The driver is quite friendly and welcoming.

Very peacefu place to stay

Bed linen was torn. I felt crawly things whilst sleeping. Shower drain was not covered Ground floor windows were not secured. Etc

Rooms and sheets were clean.

Blanket was dirty, there was no mop in the bathroom. TV plug in the room had no headplug was connected using wires directly in the plug. Toilet paper looked like it fell in water & was dried up.

I’ve extended my stay for a further 2 weeks Totally recommend. Staff are amazing, food and lodgings

The property is alright, but the services from the people is very disappointing. You would expect to be greated with some enthusiasm, but i got the opposite from the two times i have stayed there

Generally good but finishings of the property are terrible like Door locks. Reliable backup power is required. On website what is listed as standard room is actually executive room pictures are not in sync thereby misleading. This has been like that for some time now more than a year.

There was construction going on hence it wasn't that convenient. Inside the rooms, the shower needs more improvement, otherwise the hospitality from the stuff was great

Their television network had showers and their shuttle service was poor

The infrastructure was very bad. Rooms had moulds and had a VERY bad smell. Toilets were the worst, management of this place should do something. A proper revamp is needed

The area need cleaning. Food plates left by previous guests in the room in drawers with sting. Sofas worn out. No wardrobe to hang clothes. Staff very noise in the early hours of the evening No tissue paper in executive room
