Upon our arrival there was some much needed help to find the right apt/hotel. After we arrived our shower head broke which was inconvenient. However Ray the property manager was great, had it repaired the following day. Accommodations were very nice, but the street noise was pretty loud. They provide ear plugs at the front desk along with coffee/tea/water. Great staff, excellent location. Sleeping was a little challenging. We walked everywhere from there.

Great comfortable place to stay.

Very noisy at night

Great, great great location right around the corner from the exciting Trastevere neighborhood with tons of shops and restaurants and bars. The location as part of a building was a bit surprising. The keyless entry system was easy. However, the lack of 24 hour in person staff was a bit surprising for me as a senior traveler, the staff that was there in the morning and afternoon, especially Charles was very very helpful. The room was clean and very nice and pleasant and had a nice view. I would still stay there again as the location is great
