Room was clean and comfortable! We had a good. Didn’t have the breakfast but it looked great with a good spread of items. Location is about 30 minutes by car from the ZTL center of Bologna, so we found it convenient and at a good price. Thank you!

Excellent place! Around 30 min from Bologna. Lovely and respectful staff, easy self check-in, clean rooms. We could not enjoy the pool because we went during the winter, but it looks great. Coffee, tea, and water on the house. Parking by the rooms.

Room was great- loved the semi-private 2nd bedroom. It was also a large space, so our toddler could crawl around. Location was good- gated. Enough parking and close to the house.
Be aware that you need to check your email before heading out to complete extra forms (e.g., submitting pics of passports) before receiving check-in instructions. I would have preferred this email be sent at time of booking instead of a day or two before the stay.
