Everything!!!
1- Staff is amazing - they were really helpful! We had a problem with another accomodation that we had for our stay and needed to book this hotel with urgency. The staff was really kind and managed the situation.
2- the cleaning - amazing! well cleaned, the smell also amazing!
3- breakfast really good with good pastry and everything fresh

The staff was lovely and attentive. They also helped with free luggage storage. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious enough. The location was also excellent!
It did not feel like a 4 star hotel. I expect a higher standard of comfort and luxury from a 4 star hotel. The pillows are ok, but the towels were thin and worn. Overall, it feels like a decent, comfortable 3 star hotel.
