A cheap and cost effective hotel for an overnight stop on a recent ski trip. Options for eating out nearby as there was no food available in the evening of our arrival. Breakfast was the continental type but certainly adequate enough for our needs

Location is good a stop over when travelling down France. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fair. Nearby restaurants and a bar so that’s good.

It’s a motel which is tired and dated. Whilst it was clean in the surface, it was well worn. Only one towel (although I got another on request no problem) but they were threadbare and a bit grey. Our biggest issue was that it was cold. The bedding was a summer duvet but it was a very cold winter night. We could not heat the room and ended up getting out own bedding from the car to keep warm. It was a Saturday night and during the night there was lots of activity going on nearby (cars revving and horns tooting etc.) and we were concerned about our car which had items from our trip in it, which was around the front and we could not see it. However, all was fine when we tentatively looked the next day! Breakfast was an ok for the money. We realise it’s a budget hotel but the Hotel Kyriad over the road is only a few euros more and much more comfortable (we normally stay there but it was full).

There are two floors in this hotel, ground and first floor, with chalet type rooms. Only about 5 minutes off the motorway so very convenient for an overnight stop. Comfy bed. Great value but could do with updating. Good bathroom with a nice shower. Fairly spacious room.

I asked for a top floor room as i was concerned about the possibility of noise but was refused. There was only one other car in the car park when we arrived so i'm not sure why they refused my request. Unfortunately my concerns proved right as i was woken up at 5.30am by the people staying in the room above me. This was not the hotels fault but it could have been avoided if they had allowed my request. The only other thing was the restaurant was closed for some reason so breakfast wasn't an option. This wasn't a major problem as we stopped at the first services on the motorway which sold lovely croissants and coffee but it would have been nice to have the option.

Close to a good restaurant, clean and the area not too noisy. Basic but good. V Good value

great location for night stop over room was clean, little dated could do with some TLC staff on site very helpful also good location able to walk to nearby selection of food outlets for eveing meal. This is on my list as stopover next trip. For the price cant fault it as 1 night stop over did what it said on tin, there was some noise from near by bar music however this stopped by 11pm ready for good night sleep in fact one best nights sleep during whole trip which left us fresh for next days travel

I liked the coffee facilities in the room. These you do not always find in hotels and I really appreciate it.

Lack of international tv channels on tv

quiet location.

rooms were very hot

convenient for a stopover, plenty of chain places to eat. Room was cool even though the temperature outside was 36deg Good breakfast in pleasant surroundings

not as clean as it should be. dusty floor in bathroom and toe nail clippings on the floor in the bedroom

The bed was comfy had to ask for extra pillows. Staff were great helpful. Continental breakfast was lovely

Not enough plugs in room. No lunch or dinner. Would have been nice for a cooked breakfast and evening meals.
