Patrick and his wife were excellent hosts ... happy and helpful. The Hotel is walking distance to the city. It is very clean and comfortable. 24 hour security. Good breakfast, too. I would stay there again.

We had a wonderful time in Quito. The property is in an ideal location for visiting attractions. Walking distance to shopping and parks. The taxi driver had a hard time finding the location to the hotel.
The front desk young man was Great!
The room was clean and comfort able.
The views were fun and the breakfast was great!
For this area and buget I would highly recommend this hotel.
GPS shows on the corner but it is just up a little further.

We didn’t feel as though the staff were very friendly. The hotel was in a bit of an out of the way spot so found we had to walk quite a bit to get anywhere.
