Location v. Good, large room good shower
Breakfast was nice but expensive at €9 for just baguette croissant yogurt coffee. Could have done with ham cheese that we have had at other places for less

Nice cosy hotel in a great location. Big comfortable bed, good size room with double aspect windows very large powerful hot shower.
Check in time is a bit late for us at 16.00hrs.

Excellent location, means all local shops/restaurants and beach close by. Very friendly and attentive lady receptionist, just a delightful venue. Wi-Fi and television both very good, and storage facilities plentiful, we shall definitely be visiting again.

Location is good
The beds are very noisy, we heard even the neighbors’ beds every nights.
The sound proof of the hotel is very poor, not just the noise from streets, every movement out of the door is heard so clearly made you couldn’t sleep.
The room clean service was bad. We were short of toilet paper since first night and nobody refilled it for the last 2 days. The room floor was full of sand, we had no idea where they were come from. And even no room service at all for the last 2 days of our staying.

very noisy during night and morning, you barely can sleep if you let the windows opened in willing not to die of hotness, door of the toilet very small, if you have extra kg you cannot pass trough, no elevator

I really enjoyed my overnight stay. It was a clean room with a great view, very central, and very helpful staff who locked up my bicycle in a garage overnight. I have no criticisms - but there are a lot of stairs for less able travellers.

I honestly can't think of anything good to say about this hotel apart from central location. It is not a place i will be staying again.
Asked for secure parking for my motorcycle before booking, they replied yes. No parking was available, bike was left parked on the street ☹️☹️

In the Centre of Royan. Three hundred yards from the magnificent cathedral. 700 yards from seafront. It was up a floor but they let me take my precious bike into my room so all good. Decided to spend extra night here as it was so pleasant. Quarter of a mile from the Ferry!

Room was very clean and tidy, location was very central with good access to local bars etc
Outside the hotel was very noisy at night and sleep did not come easy. There was no designated hotel parking.

Brilliant location, welcoming staff, small but big enough for 2 room with a homely feel big windows for fresh air, I would stay again thank you for a great stay
Doesn't look great from outside but is in the perfect spot so you don't get lost
