Heel vriendelijke mensen op een prachtige locatie. Goede keuken.
Beetje benauwde smalle gang naar de kamers toe. Een erg kleine badkamer waar (naar we begrepen) men mee bezig zal gaan.

Our room was too small and the shower was dark.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate me despite late arrival. They were extremely friendly and customer service orientated, being welcome, exception in the French speaking region of the alps.
it is an older property and facilities, like bathrooms could need an upgrade

The ski lift is literally behind the hotel.They have a nice bar/pub.Brakefast was amazing.

dining area pleasant and bright. Bar cosy. Good food - they did a very good Christmas meal. Menu varies a bit and have regular bbq Thursday- good value. Breakfast sufficient for most tastes.

We stayed here to watch the Tour climb the Alpe d'Huez. Had we asked or researched more, we would have found out there was a chair lift to the top of the mountain we could have taken instead of using our own transportation. Oops! Breakfast here was amazing, a perfect European breakfast. The restaurant was nice, lovely views and the employees were delightful. The menu was nice and they had a Bastille Day BBQ as well while we were there.
The house wine wasn't great which was disappointing, cause... France=wine. Extra charges were put on our room but after pointing them out, were quickly removed and the situation was remedied.

Beautiful location, friendly and accommodating staff and a very nice breakfast with lots of hot and cold options. The room was good size with a balcony.
The room was somewhat basic relative to the cost with functional features. Power sockets relied on extension leads and/ or getting behind furniture.

Wonderful hosts and fine restaurant. Other places in location served simple pasta and pizza but in this hotel restaurant was excellent with delicious food!
