Very good staff.
Swimming pool was too shallow to swim in except floating on your back. Most of the gym equipment wasn’t working

It was like fixing up the exterior of a car but leaving a broken engine. Good location and staff were all sound, but the most important thing - the room.. wow
In the room - bed was .. painful
Sink was damaged (it rocks), same for the tap.
