Extremely friendly staff. Very personal, cosy and family friendly atmosphere. We have arrived late at night and the owner helped us to organise dinner.
Amazing breakfast and great coffee. Would have loved to stay longer.

A picture box hotel that’s as wonderful as it looks, very clean, food was perfect and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Arrived very late and still had a warm welcome thank you.
The only thing and it’s not really a bad thing it the car parking cost should be included in the room price.

What a beautiful hotel, with loverly staff, our stay for just one night and it was fantastic. The breakfast is lovely. They don't do evening meals but we walked across the bridge into Germany and ate at a restaurant on the side of the lake. There is plenty of parking.

It is a very nice hotel, interesting history, well placed, close to Konstanz and places in Switzerland. It is worth going to Gottlieben, for example. Breakfast was decent, staff very kind and helpful.
There is no restaurant close to the hotel, you have to walk a fair bit or drive.
