Location was great and the service was too. they had good breakfast.

The bathroom smelled despite being cleaned, and the shower could have been cleaned better.

It was very nice very clean and all the staff very professional this was the second time I was there and I will be back

Breakfast was nice.

The pool was dirty because off the birds and it was way too deep. The hotel was further away from the center then advertised. The jacuzzi in the room was small and it was not possible to fill it with warm water. There were a lot of mosquitos in the room. At booking.com they offered a lot of activities, but you needed to organise it yourself or they did not know anything about the activities. Also, one of the lights in the bathroom was broken.

Breakfast and the hotel pool

No soap, shampoo and conditioner at the room.

The pool is bigger than most in the area and you can jump from a 3m board.

Soap, Shampoo and the usual amenities must be brought by the customer. The reception is hardly occupied and there is loud music till late. Breakfast is rather poor and small. The hotel is quite far from the center and to the beach. Everything around the hotel is rather dirty. The hotel itself could use some more clean up, too. For brazilian standarts maybe ok, but if you are from europe: not ok.
