Sehr schön und ruhig!
Die Aufmerksamkeit einer speziellen Rezeptionistin war sehr schlecht. Unangenehm in jeder situation. Als wir einen platten bei den geliehenen ebikes hatten wurde ich abgewimmelt. Und bei einem bahnticket für die extranacht behauptet es sei nicht im Preis inbegriffen. Die junge dame mit schwarzer brille. Das restliche personal sehr freundlich. Im restaurant schreie aus der Küche.

Ein wunderschönes ruhiges Hotel in toller Lage, ruhige ausgewogene Architektur, Gäste, die ebenfalls Ruhe lieben, nichts stört. Der Wellnessbereich ist ein Traum. Tolle Küche, sehr gute Weine, wirklich alles von hoher Qualität, wir lieben es.
An einem Abend gab es ein Gruppenevent, das im Restaurant einfach zu laut war. Aber es war ein Einzelfall.

The property was beautiful, pleasant staff, food was great, arriving by Gondola was impressive.
The information states if you need to leave early or arrive later you can pay for private gondola service, however, we experienced a little confusion when we tried to book an early departure in order to make our flight in Milan. Initially they said yes, then they could not find anyone, then they realized there was repair work going on. Eventually instead of leaving 1.5 hrs before the first scheduled gondola trip, they arranged one 15 min early.
