Lots of space, room overlooked a canal! Great to have set up kitchen . Air con, bedroom fan , iron and board were all helpful! Good recommendations from staff about restaurants and transport.
Room was a bit tired, shower snd bathroom was clean but aged , we had some leak under kitchen sink (reported as we left and guy says he'd check it)

The location of the property was amazing. So close to the train station and the grand canal, just a 6 minute walk. It was great having a washing machine. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very good.
Our fridge was broken, but they allowed us to use the upstairs apartments fridge.

Really great location, the flat was clean comfortable, and well looked after. Located with easy access to vaporetti services, restaurants and shops it was also very safe and quiet.

The apartment is in a great location and the staff were all lovely. They left recommendations which was handy so we didn’t have to think or try too hard to find good food.
There is no ‘comfort staples’ provided - body wash, shampoo, coffee or tea. The pull out lounge was convenient to accommodate 2 couples however there is nowhere else comfortable to sit once it becomes a bed so keep that in mind because you’ll do a lot of walking around Venice and want to put your feet up.
