Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. The staff were amazing, the apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped. The location was fantastic. The pool area and grounds were absolutely immaculate. We won't be looking for anywhere else to stay when we are back in the gold coast! Thank you for making our holiday that much better!!

Pool, spa and tennis courts were great. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Location sublime, close to beach and centre of town.
The fan in bedroom didn't work. No face washers. Not enough blankets on beds and so cold. Only one laundry sachet for a whole week and not enough toilet paper...

location is great
the sheets were filthy. The doona cover was covered in stains. when raised with the owner she said ‘that’s due to be changed once you leave’. I couldn’t believe they are not routinely changed or even checked in between guests. it was disgusting. whilst they did offer to change them there was no apology and she was so rude .

Location exceeds our expectation. Just a walk to the wonderful surfers paradise beach. The view from the balcony and the main room was just fantastic.

property was dirty and damaged and were holiday has ended they tried blaming all the damages on us and and took money out of my car without my permission stay away .

staff were rude and we only had one roll of toilet paper in the apartment. when we asked, we were told “that’s what we paid for” and we need to purchase our own.

The location is pretty good
It’s better to put everything we need like toiletries, coffee shampoo and shower gel. I have to clean to whole apartment before we leave.
