We had a budget double I think. I expected a small room with a double bed. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. Each room had a heavy closing door. Different than we were used to but it makes sense to keep the heat in the rooms you are using.
Dinner in the restaurant was great.

Location was great. Accommodation was also very good
The apartment lacked a few items

Some staff (not all) displayed an attitude that was a bit off, this surprised me. Others were completely fine.
The breakfast was fine except for the number of people that needed serving at the same time. Serving staff were overwhelmed.
Dinner was really good.
The crazy crush at breakfast.

The location was OK.
The bed! My bed was like trying to climb a 45 degree mountain. I complained to the staff twice and finally on the 3rd occasion l spoke to a different staff member and they came and fixed the bed. The base had collapsed.
