Location was prime as it sits above the metro station and one of the key factors in selecting this as our first stay (of 6 hotels for 3 week trip) upon arrival (JY loop - transfer at Shinagawa from Haneda Airport; and Asakusa Line). We opted to pay for breakfast which was good, had 3 options (plus a salad bar and other items like rice, cereal, yogurt etc) and rotated daily between 3 menus. Twin beds were comfortable. Iron and board available upon request. Convenient laundry availability displays on room tv (3 machines that do combo wash/dry). Had to be creative in rearranging a few things to fit/open luggage. Appreciated the separate tub/shower room. Overall would recommend to 1st time visitors.
Not enough hooks to hang things.
