Modern, clean, very comfortable beds.
Kitchen was supplied with everything we needed.
The property has no parking lot but it wasn’t difficult to find a parking spot around the building.
Nights were very quiet.
The Acropolis is around 25’ walking and it was nice to walk in order to see the different neighbourhoods.
Although the design is very beautiful, the long table in the living room isn’t very comfortable to be used as a dining table (kitchen and living room are in the same space).
Opting for practicality instead of design would be a better solution for this issue.
It was tricky to understand how to unlock the apartment: next to the apartment’s door there is a box with a code. After this tiny box is unlocked you have to open it in order to get the keys to the apartment’s door.

The apartment was very nicely equipped, everything looked brand new and worked perfectly. The location is not touristic, but it is a 2 minute walk from the metro. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants around. The apartment was quiet at night, and spotlessly clean when I arrived.
The internet lagged sometimes, especially during evening hours. The gym was ok, but in one main machine a pin was missing to change weights. So this needs attention by management.

Apartamento excelente de dois quartos, ótimas acomodações, totalmente novo, mobiliário moderno e funcional, bem decorado, com todas as comodidades necessárias na cozinha e nos banheiros. O prédio ainda dispõe de uma academia de ginástica bem estruturada e o apartamento tem uma varanda excepcional. O anfitrião foi muito receptivo e atencioso. Voltaria com certeza.

Doskonała lokalizacja, blisko metra, skąd jest świetny dojazd do różnych obiektów w Atenach. Okolica bardzo bezpieczna, szereg restauracji serwujących nie tylko lokalne jedzenie, piekarni, sklepów spożywczych. Bardzo komfortowe warunki, zapewniające zarówno wygodny nocleg, jak i relaks w wolnych chwilach.
Sądzę, że warto zastanowić się nad awaryjnym otwieraniem drzwi, jeżeli ktoś z wynajmujących inne lokale zamknie je niezgodnie z procedurą - tj. na klucz.

Ons appartement begane grond zag er heel netjes en verzorgd uit. Een lekker bed, een fijne douche, voldoende kast ruimte met grote lades, goed werkende airconditioning , rolluiken die netjes afsluiten, hoogwaardige keuken apparatuur.
Voor ons verblijf van 6 nachten zou tussendoor 1x schoonmaak , het weghalen van vuilnis en handdoeken wissel wel prettig zijn geweest

Quite good location, not far from city centre, metro/bus lines. No personal contact with staff whole access via codes. Friendly statf can contact via phone, though. There are not available any lockers for luggage, but the stuff instructed you can drop it at the basement, if you wish. Appartment at the last floor with tiny lift, but large terrace. There is AC, and it should be when it is very hot in Athens. The host left us cold water in the fridge. We had a good time in Athens.

Beautiful, well designed modern apartment with all amenities required for a great stay in Athens. Nearby transportation links into the Acropolis area nearby either bus or metro. large supermarket, deli/butcher conveniently close by. Good communication by the host. Would definitely stay again the next time I am in Athens.

It's calm, clean and safe.

Great position - 5 mins far from the Metro. Kitchen with all the needed furniture's (despite we didn't use them). 2 rooms with enough space to move, 2 bathrooms and a big balcony. TV in every main rooms.

Modern apartament, well located, near train station (3 minutes). There is a super market nearby. Highly recommend it!

The apartment was very clean and fully equipped. The Penthouse apartment had a jacuzzi, which was fantastic after a long day discovering the wonder of Athens. Could do with more than 1 mirror in the apartment when there are 2 divas in your family.
There is a wonderful bakery next door and fantastic delicatessen on the corner, run by a charming elderly couple who was super helpful even with our language problems. They let us samples tons of great cheese. It feels home away from home.
The location was OK. Safe and residential. Just a few minutes to the subway and 2 stop to central Athens. Just wish was a little bit closer, but that will reflect on the price greatly.
You don't need to change trains to go to the port. Line 1 will go straight there. there are only 5 stops away. Great if you have to catch the ferry early in the morning.
I would definitely stay here if next time I come.

We had a blast at IO suites. Being a couple of couples, the apartment was the perfect accommodataion for us. From the very beginning our host (Eva) was always helpful and quick to respond.
The self-check in process made it absolutely easy to get in and settle in. As we checked in, everything one can imagine was availabile, including all the kitchenware, welcome package with coffee capsules and tea, TV, safe box, dryer...
The images included in the advertisement of the apartment do not do justice to how good the flat was. It is a newly refurbished flat with literally 4 min walk to Petralona station.
Amid our stay our fifth friend joined and we needed more sheets for the bed sofa in the living room, which Eva provided very quickly.
All'n'all I would definitely go back to IO suites if I want a pleasurable stay in Athens
Not much really. The only thing is that we had to search a bit to find a corner shop to buy some food, which is not really about the flat.
