Staff was very nice and attentive. The room was also nice and clean. The staff definitely get 100 stars 🌟 for making our Honeymoon special and being so welcoming and friendly. It was almost as if they were like family in a way.
The bed wasn't comfortable. The pillows went flat super fast. The elevator got stuck on the first floor and we had to climb 3 flights of stairs me being disabled it was not good to say the very least. We left 2 days earlier than planned. Other than these days few things it really was a great stay.

The room was beautiful. The furnishings were lovely and everything we needed. The property and amenities were such a nice surprise. The car service was truly a treat and though the weather didn't cooperate so that we could take the cruisers around town, it was a great perk.
I can't think of a thing I would change.

It was so beautiful it was worth the money and trip. And I love how you could sit in the bathtub and watch the boats go by.
I didn’t like that the hot tub was down but they did make up for it

The staff did almost everything they could to make things right.
It was represented as a room with three beds and there were only 2. One of us had to sleep on a mattress in a closet. It’s a “spa” resort and the hot tub was not working the whole weekend. You really can’t walk to town easily but they have a car, but only runs from 5-10pm.
