The room was a suite - with a small kitchenette. There is a compound for secure motorcycle parking. The location is a short drive from a local Walmart. There was a water cooler in the reception area. The premises are all on one level (no stairs!).
The hotel is in an odd location, off on a ~150m dirt road from a paved road without much signage. It took a few attempts to find the premises. There isn't much for food services nearby, as the location is on the outskirts of Salina Cruz.

It's a small apartment in a walled compound with a pool. The apartment was nice and roomy, very clean with really pretty murals on the wall. The bed was large and comfortable. The pool was lovely. There was a small fridge, coffee pot and limited kitchen items. It appears to be brand new, and the owner was finishing some things when. We got there. He was very welcoming.
There could have been a few more kitchen items, like a bottle opener or wine glasses. We were served breakfast, but it wasn't great (overripe Papaya and a piece of toast). It's very hard to find, in a farming area with a lot of dogs.
