Location was excellent. Cost was very reasonable. Room was comfortable.

Kitchen was not very well stocked: limited cookery (pots and pans), silverware (no knives, mostly just forks), no scissors, terrible can opener, lack of towels for drying dishes and hands, temperature in the building was too warm.

The hostel was lovely. It had good facilities and the staff were helpful. The beds were comfy, but super noisy.

The rooms were small and had very noisy storage cupboards. Unfortunately some people would turn up late at night and make a lot of noise. We stayed for 4 nights and I would say that was probably too long! Sadly, the town is a complete rip off as businesses are making the most out of the tourists.

Well organized hostel

Constantly running water in the kitchen, it needs to be fixed immediately, not sustainable, not eco-friendly

Its Staff was kind and helpful, also this hostel is located near the entrance to the National Park and the start of some trekking roads. Kitchen and bathrooms are clean and always with cold & hot Water in the shower.

Some lockers need maintainance and the bunk beds are too low. Also they don't offer you shampoo nor towels.

Good location for all the hikes, the dorm we stayed in had a separate bathroom and shower in the room which worked very well. It was clean and tidy!

the kitchen was very big but it did lack Utensils and things to cook with! there were no tin openers and about 3 knives shared with 100+ people in the hostel!

Good that there was an upgrade option, we paid the difference amount and upgrade to private room since there was no lock for the bathroom inside the mixed bed dormitory rooms.

We are a couple and we booked 2 beds in the 6 mixed bed dorm since we planned to stay only one night, as we reached there was no lock for the bathrooms inside the mixed Dormitory. We approached the reception to check whether there is a key for the lock in the bathrooms, They were ignorant and their reply was "if you don't see the lock in the bathroom then it means there is no lock". As my wife was completely uncomfortable we paid extra and upgraded to private room.

This was the best place that I stayed during my Hostel stays in Argentina. I liked a lot their staff which is very helpful and friendly. It made mine stay there more warmful and happiest.

Just the wifi. If I had to work will not be possible. I was on my 1 week of holiday, so it was not a problem at all. More time and focus to enjoy the nature and people of this place.

I really liked the manager she was amazing. They cleaned the rooms everyday. I really liked the two cleaning ladies. The shower was HOT which was very important to me. not bad or good but a lot of people are there just to hike so it’s empty most of the day until everyone comes back and then everyone is tired.

the kitchen could use some more things like a can opener. I get that people steal things like that because they go camping but it would be nice. the bunk beds are low if you are in the bottom. the top bunk doesn’t have anywhere to put your stuff so it’s always falling below.

the staff wasn’t nice to us israelis. we were a small group, and they always told us to be quite and threatened that they will cancel our stay. why do I need to worry about where I’m staying tomorrow? it was always said with an aggressive tone, and only for us israelis, even though that there were more groups who talked at night (it wasn’t even that late, 22 they are shutting the lights)

Location was perfect for fitz roy and torres hikes & salto waterfall.

When we arrived the shower in the room was making a loud screeching noise and was running non stop. Lock on locker was also broken. Shower was fixed same day but shortly broke again. Locker was left for 3 days. It was hot tap in the shower that was running constantly which meant the whole room became damp throughout the day whilst we were out. There must be cracks in the shower cubicle because when it filled with water, the other side of the wall/tiles flooded. By the end of our 5 day stay it was smelly and wasn't cleaned (although cleaner must have been in the room because bin was emptied daily). Partner had to request to move bed as there was something biting him (around 30 bites in one night), none of the other 5 people were biten in the room which made us question the cleanliness of the sheets. One guy was actually checked in to a bed that had already been slept in! Kitchen is always dirty, but adequately stocked with tools to cook. Rarely any toilet paper in communal toilets. Wi-Fi absolutely rubbish unless sat in the communal area by reception on the mattresses that are grim.

Has private bathroom and really nice share place

The bunk bed in the hostel are really uncomfortable, they are not higher enough so you hit your head all the time and even can't seat in your own bed.

I didn’t like how the staff was behave to has, the women from the reception was rude and bad.

The bed was confortable and cozy, and the heat was perfect. It was nice to have private bathroom in the room. The common spaces are big and confortable.

Everything was good, except a guy snoring during nights hehe

Good value for bed and bathroom.

One of the guys at the reception was super rude and didn't offer any help saying he is "busy". Let it be known that he was "busy" only when Israelis reached him.

We forgot our card and they helped retrieve it for us by coordination with the bus system. Clean place and big and central

Very noisy at night, which made it hard to sleep.
