L’hotel ben ristrutturato è collocato su un’ altura con un bel panorama sulla città e con giardini e piscina ben curati. All’interno ambienti molto spaziosi e silenziosi con camere grandi e pulite. Lo staff molto preparato e disponibile per soddisfare le nostre richieste in tempi rapidi. La colazione abbondante e varia di buona qualità. Abbiamo cenato con piatti buoni ma esclusivamente vegetariani.

Piccola critica: lontananza dal centro occorrono 15 minuti a piedi per raggiungerlo su strada senza marciapiedi e in parte sterrata. Consigliato un tuk-tuk/taxi soprattutto la sera. Seppur pulito il servizio igienico emanava un odore sgradevole .

Loved everything. A short walk into town and the lake. Caring helpful staff. Comfortable large rooms. Good wi fi . Good air con. Good breakfast. Fabulous grounds and swimming pool. Special mention to Haroon and Saddik who looked after us well and all in the restaurant and at the front desk. Wonderful stay. Would return.

Be aware it's totally vegetarian and no booze allowed.

Amazing hospitality with mind blowing view of entries Pushkar town. It's worth every penny.

Food prices are on a bit of higher side. However the taste is good.

The location and Vibe was good and peaceful.

I was disappointed with my overall experience, mainly due to the poor hospitality and customer service. The air conditioner in my room was not functioning properly. When I reported the issue to the reception, I was offered different alternatives, but the AC problem remained unresolved. When I informed the receptionist again that the AC was still not working properly, his response was quite unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue, he said, "Ma'am, we have many foreign guests. If the AC had been a problem, they would have complained." He also mentioned that foreign guests visit more often and have never raised such a complaint. I found this comparison completely irrelevant. Many foreign tourists visit during the post-September season, whereas I stayed at the property in late June, during peak summer when temperatures are extremely high. Rather than resolving my concern, the receptionist continued to justify the situation and debate the issue politely instead of offering a solution. The lack of hospitality continued even during check-out. Despite knowing about my unpleasant experience, none of the staff offered to assist with our luggage. They simply sat and watched while the two of us, both women, struggled to carry and drag our heavy bags and suitcases to the cab. Overall, I expected much better customer service and hospitality. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing, and I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve guest service.
