Excellent location. Close to all the main tourist attractions, as well as several metro stations. The staff is very friendly.
It does not offer a varied breakfast. It also does not have its own restaurant. However, there are several restaurants and cafes near the hotel.

Good location and value for money. Renovated room. Clean. Easy access to metro.
Kettle and coffee in the room would’ve been a nice addition.

This was a last minute booking when our nearby friend's apartment elevator and AC broke down. They were very helpful and accommodating at check-in, especially when we asked for a ground floor room.
Basic room but clean and with working AC!
2 of the 3 ( younger and older gentlemen) front desk attendants were very nice and pleasant.
Room was small. No elevators.
1 of the front desk attendant should smile to guests and be more friendly when asking for room key ( before you go out). A bit too curt.
