Nice complex, the pool was almost always empty so it was great. The stuff was super nice and helpful, you even get the discount in one of the restaurant near the complex. The balcony was pretty and the appartment was clean.

The pool, free parking, spacious rooms
Not well organized, not enough toilet paper, no face towels, nothing to hang a towel or anything, pay by cash only😏, no kitchen, no kitchen equipment, no coffee maker or a kettle or something like that..

owner was rude and uncourteous.
even though we freed up the room within the scheduled time he did not allow my wife and my two children to wait in the garden for my return. I went to wash the car before leaving.
room doesn’t have necessary facilities such as a boiler for hot water and hair dry. only one towel for both body and face.
washing machine noise was all day long disturbing.

Free parking onsite, good sized rooms, washing machine, air conditioning, fridge & swimming pool.
There was no jug, cups, glasses or cutlery. Although we knew there were no cooking facilities, all other accommodation we have booked in Europe has at least had a jug etc so that we could make ourselves a coffee. Particularly strange given there is a fridge and there is more than enough room to set it up.

Our host was super nice and welcoming. The pool is great and there's a restaurant just next to the apartment.

Beautiful building with rooms and apartments. Very well-kept pool and sun loungers by the pool, space for socializing, everything so so nice. Below is also a restaurant where there is good food. Owner is young and everything you can arange with him. I will defenetlly recomended.
In restaurant there was a slightly slower service but it's true they were very busy.

Linc Apartments has a good location, if you have a car you can visit many lovely places all around. Breakfast were simple but tasty. The staff was absolutely amazing and helpful. Many thanks to our host, Ivan! :))
We couldn’t choose any better place for our holiday. Everything was perfect, mostly the atmosphere.

Outside pool area. Good breakfast and good location
Onlz thing i would change would be the bed in our room. It was squeaking a lot. And the mattress was verry bad.

Good for taking a few days in Croatia on a reasonable price. Beach is quite close (15 min afoot), as well as eating places.
Kids loved the pool, Staff was really friendly and helpful. Ivan is really kind and a good English speaker. Thanks for all!
In our room, there was no microwave oven but we could survive...
