The location is convenient, near to the airport and there are a lot of shops around. Free breakfast is included. The free tooth brush is much better than that I got in a 5 star hotel in Delhi. They give free shaver!

The staff are eager to help but with a cold face. It gives me a feeling that they are just doing that for tips. I don't feel the passion. checking out is slow. It is difficult for the car to come in and go out.

Outstanding hotel, superbly maintained, rooms in excellent condition with all amenities and backed by a fantastic staff from reception to housekeeping, room service, and breakfast.

the Ac’s weren’t working and none of the staff know what was happening then finally in the evening after 7 complaints they said they would rectify but that also did not happen

Pros: good breakfast, cleaned rooms, spacious, delicious food

Cons: cost of food felt little bit high and sending different bills for same room service in case we missed to tell any order in one phone call Second : room is small for deluxe double room plus bathroom are bit small and not comfy.

there was bath tub shown in the images when i blocked the accommodation however the room didn't have a bath tub attached.
