It was close to the beach and so cosy, staff were great and so kind & helpful , Ms. Maria help us many times and she was specially in her job

Beautiful rooms and super pool area in this newly renovated up-market hotel. There is direct access to the beach - waking up to sunrise views is a real treat and you can see Ibiza town and the cathedral in the distance. The staff were relaxed and helpful & the location is close to all the famous bars and clubs of Playa den Bossa.

There is limited free parking in Playa Den Bossa, but there also are paid car parks.

I stayed last year in the hotel when it was Santos and it was great but the makeover after it became AMA just made it so much better. Very premium pool, rooms and amazing location.

The lack of parking for the hotel made it a bit tricky for us as we had rented a car and parking around the area is scarce.

Unfortunately we didn’t have breakfast as one member of staff told us the incorrect time. Apart from that lovely hotel. Nice clean rooms with a lovely view of the sea

The location was good

From start to finish we were disappointed with our stay. We walked in through a muddy entrance and were told by reception staff that the elevator wasn’t working so we had to carry our 23 kg bags up the flight of stairs whilst they were watching youtube videos, they did not even had the courtesy to explain the way to our room. When in the room it stank of wet towels and had a awful noice from an extractor. There was a phone but no information on how to use it or how to call, we asked for an iron that was never provided, amenities were at a bare minimum, not even a sachet for milk. And the worst part was that out of our 4 nights we had two nights were the hot water wasn’t working so we were all showering in cold water. When informed about this there was nothing taken into consideration. The manager of the hotel did not even have the decency to talk to us even tho we asked more than a few times to do so.

Pool area was fab and pool serving team couldn't do enough to make our stay amazing! Hotel very smart and is on the beach, so would highly recommend for a quieter stay than say in Ibiza Town.

Couldn't find it when we got there, but we managed in the end with a call to the hotel.

Great location next to the beach and nightlife.
