A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Modern & cozy apartment with pool and tennis court near Porec - 2 bedrooms
Beautiful apartment on the 1st floor of a nice residence located a few kilometres from Poreč.
The accommodation is located in a relaxing area with a tennis court and a large shared swimming pool available for all guests.
The apartment is modern, very bright and peaceful. It consists of two spacious rooms: one with two single beds and the other with one double bed; bathroom with shower and washing machine; fully-equipped kitchen ( oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer ) and a comfortable living room with sofa, Flat screen Tv and air conditioning. There is also a large terrace where you can eat and enjoy the beautiful sea view.
You can park your car comfortably in the parking in front of the main entrance.
The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood, perfect for a relaxing holiday.
The apartment is perfect for couples or families who want to spend a relaxing stay in beautiful Croatia.
The nearest beach is just 4 km from the Residence (Materada and Lanterna). The beautiful Plava Laguna and Zelena Laguna are just 10 km away, where you can find different types of water sports and fun activities.
I am always available to answer your questions through phone or e-mail.
Anyway, I have a trusted person in the Residence for any problem.

My family and I had a great time in Gedici. We travelled with our two young children and it was perfect for us. They loved the pool and we were very close to Porec. The apartment was incredibly well equipped and spacious. Patrizia was really helpful during our stay and before. I would really recommend it
