Helpful staff, nice reception, room was a good size. Near to MRT station.
Noisy neighbours until 3am with lots of people slamming doors on our first night. We reported it, with much less noise afterwards. A long way from the city centre.

It is nearby the place I'm attending a seminar
Can hear people talking along the corridor. Toilet not well maintained.

The price and location
The staff can't understand what you tell them as they are foreigners. My kid spilled some coffee on the towel which is completely washable but the staff asked me to bring it back wash it and return to claim back the deposit. And can even ask the guest why you make it dirty even after i told him it was accidentally caused . Totally not friendly and quite rude. Pleasant room but with broken toilet door knob and had milo empty box when i checked in.

Environment are good, the room are clean and comfortable.
Wifi cannot connect if you stay at level 5, not sure others level. Password given when you ask. Supposedly attach the password with the aircond & tv remote. The toilet door cannot lock/close in my room P05.

The bed is very comfortable and the view is nice.
It is not very clean. Lots of dust.

Really not that bad, not like pictures but it's basic for a place to stay on the cheap and clean

cheap price with queen bed n toilet inside .
the Wi-Fi not available. when it connect to my phone doesn’t work at all even one message WhatsApp cannot be send.
also the remote aircond that staff give not function at all. I tried to slow down the temperature but not function.
