Breakfast needed a greater variety of items (e.g. low-fat milk, different breads to toast). Presentation was very uninviting. It just seemed like nobody really cared, and at these prices they should be making a greater effort to deliver value.
The whole place had a neglected feel.

Clean room. Coffee making facilities in hall and upstairs balcony to enjoy
Bed was too firm, but OK for 1 night

Room is tidy and neat. Coffee and tea provided in the room.
Milk(in fridge outside room) and cookie available at common area.
Breakfast was okay, toast and cereal.
Friendly and helpful staffs, who recommended us few places to visit.
Abit noisy, can hear people walking on corridor.
Shower water is inconsistent.

I didn't understand why the rooms didn't have artwork associated with the room names.

Breakfast was simple but more than enough. Hotel was very well located close to the fantastic Botanical Gardens and The Mill complex. Bridge Hotel is well worth the short walk. Loved the old school charm of Northern Arts Hotel.
Booking.com misled us with the booking as we thought we were getting a private bathroom which was not the case even though they have been told many times. Luckily out hosts were able to give us an ensuite room which was greatly appreciated.

Eclectic boutique hotel. Simple breakfast but adequate. Friendly staff. Comfy bed.
A second chair in the room would have been good. Expensive for what are basic facilities.

We like friendly atmosphere, cleanliness, hospitality. It is a lovely boutique hotel and it suits us when visiting our family in town. It was our forth stay. We highly recommend it.

Continental breakfast was fine. Variety of breads, spreads and cereals. There was plenty of hanging space for towels & clothes. The china cups & saucers.
One of the hosts was sitting in the lounge area almost every time we came in. It would have been nice to sit there with a drink in the evening rather than at the dining table.
There was a standard lamp at the top of the stairs which was exactly opposite our door & let slot of light in over night. Perhaps it could be moved to the other side of the stairs.

Excellent simple healthy breakfast with great plunger coffee. just like I would have at home. good walking distance to a local restaurant.

Such a sweet old pub with so much character. The owners gave us a lovely welcome and it was very relaxed and cosy to walk into. I loved the low key breakfast they provided downstairs which was just the basics of cereal and toast but that’s all I need! Impressed that they had plunger coffee and soy milk provided too
Having the bathroom separate from the bedroom wasn’t the best, but we did know this was the case when booking. The door to a small balcony was left open throughout the day and evening which made the hallway between the bedroom and bathroom freezing cold.

Stunning decor, such a warm and inviting place. The hosts were marvellous
Pillows a tad uncomfortable but the lovely room and facilities made up for it. This is one of the loveliest weekend accommodation destinations that we have ever had the pleasure to visit

I stayed in room 5. Room was clean and bed comfy. Shower water pressure as good. No road noise.
Breakfast was super basic and not what I was expecting. Certainly did not justify the price I paid fir 2 nights stay ($430). Coffee machine in lounge area was not working. In general the hotel is rundown and tired looking inside.
