Waste of money, not fit for treebo brand,old building,old fitting in bathroom,all broken items 😭😔, parking area very small and conjusted , forget about breakfast, very bad, avoid regalia hotel,Pls check some other hotel,they spoil TREEBO NAME

No treebo standard , hopeless property, waste of money, very old building, parking area is very less,no hot water, very bad breakfast, very dirty bedsheets and pillows,very rude and unprofessional, uncultured staff,my car got damaged in parking area, conjusted approach road to hotel, unfit to call as treebo hotel,pls avoid this hotel,and no response from treebo team,

Below treebo standard level,it's like a boy's hostel, unhygien rooms,dirty bedsheets,tasteless breakfast, unfit to stay,they spoil treebo name,waste of money, unfit for hospitality,conjusted parking area, very bad experience, and also low quality bed

Room is very small. Bed blankets were not clean.bathroom is not clean and good. Closet seat broken.wash basin tap is not located properly.

It was supposed to be a happy overall stay. But the first point below things made the entire stay very disappointing. Not recommending. 2nd consecutive bad experience from treebo. 1. No hot water availability. The centralised hot water system has a timing which is not convenient for guests. Due to supervision hot water was not available on the promised time. Alternative geyser water was made available only after 2-3 hours with constant follow up. This is such a basic facility in a hill station. 2. The receptionist was so unapologetic and made unreasonable silly justification for the above issue. Not fit for the hospitality industry. He always blamed the other staff and never took anything as his responsibility as a supervisor. 3. Food: a watery sambar, b. sagu was not good enough c. Inconvenient provision to take out the chutney (deep vessel with small spoon) couldn't even get 2 grams of chutney. d. No handwash facilities near the dinning area. Had to goto room. c. Dense dinning area.

it seemed to be a Lodge / Bachelor accommodation. no cleanliness. Not sure how this has been advertised as a 3 Star hotel. For families staying, it felt more like a Scam. Booking. com needs to review the listing like these, as this was not a Star hotel by any standards. looked more like run by few locals without having any knowledge about hotel industry standards.
